Texas’ pass rush went missing last season and should be improved going into the 2020 season. With Joseph Ossai playing the JACK position for Chris Ash’s defense, somebody on the opposite side of the line could produce one of the best duos in the country. Insert Jackson Jeffcoat, the Longhorns’ sack leader since 2000. While he did struggle with injuries throughout his career, when he played fully healthy his senior season, he was an animal. Getting quality pass rushers is a great way to build up your defense. Jeffcoat would dominate with Ossai opposite of him.
