Texas is no stranger to two-sport athletes.
One of their most recent offers was sent to wide receiver Chris Marshall, who also excels on the basketball court. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound athlete began playing football during his junior year of high school.
Marshall quickly caught the eye of many and has already racked up an impressive list of offers including Texas A&M, USC, Baylor and TCU. He’s currently listed as a three-star prospect and the No. 52 overall player in the state of Texas according to 247Sports Composite.
By the time the 2022 recruiting class arrives to the Forty Acres, there should be an open competition at the wide receiver position.
