Week in and week out you can point to Joseph Ossai being a defensive key and it is no different this week against Oklahoma State. The lack of a pass rush isn’t something new for Texas, their top pass rusher had two sacks heading into the Valero Alamo Bowl a season ago. Their inability to get consistent pressure on the quarterback continues to be an issue.

The Oklahoma State offensive line has giving up seven sacks this year with an average of 4.8 quarterback pressures per game. Ossai needs to find a way to attack the offensive line and get to Sanders. In order for this team to win, they need to make the quarterback feel uncomfortable in the pocket. Most of the pressure has come on the interior. Ossai needs to win his battles with the tackles.
