Texas head coach Tom Herman provided an injury update for several key players during his media availability on Monday.

The Longhorns have had nearly three weeks off due to a scheduled bye week followed by the Kansas postponement. It came at a crucial moment in the season considering Texas’ toughest task left on the schedule is to defeat No. 15 Iowa State at home on Nov. 27.

The extra time off certainly benefited numerous players that were dealing with nagging injuries. According to Herman, only running back Keaontay Ingram is questionable for Texas’ matchup with Iowa State.

Tight end Jared Wiley (shoulder) and wide receiver Joshua Moore (shoulder) are listed as probable, while the rest of the roster is seemingly healthy, barring any setbacks during practice this week.

This assures that wide receiver Jordan Whittington and tight end Cade Brewer have been cleared to play. Whittington will return to the field for the first time since Oct. 10 against the Oklahoma Sooners and provide the Longhorns another dangerous weapon on the offensive side of the ball.

Texas is as healthy as it has been all season, and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
