Texas head coach Tom Herman continues to put together a strong 2021 recruiting class.
It’s far and away the No. 1 class in the Big 12, but after two recent commitments last week the group is now listed in the top 10 nationally. With so much hype, rumors and offers being thrown around, we’ve decided to break down Texas’ 2021 class as a whole in regards to offers and verbal commitments.
The Longhorns have offered numerous players that have since chosen another program, so we’ll leave them off of this tracker. If the scholarship is still on the table and in consideration, they will certainly appear as a possibility.
According to 247Sports, the Longhorns currently have 13 verbal commitments. What jumps out at you first is the fact that Herman has had incredible success recruiting within the state of Texas. The majority of commitments are blue-chip players.
