The injury update disclosed that the surgery was performed on April 24 by Dr. Daniel Cooper in Dallas, Texas. While it appears the procedure itself was successful and the seven-time All-Star will be fully healthy for next season, it suddenly puts the Spurs 22-year playoff streak in question.
The Spurs will be the No. 12 seed in the West when the NBA season resumes on July 31.
