Texas emerging as the favorite for 2024 four-star RB Christian Clark

A new On3 recruiting prediction was entered in favor of Texas for four-star RB Christian Clark.

Texas is becoming a hot spot for the nation’s top running back recruits.

Even with the departures of Bijan Robinson and Roschon Johnson to the NFL, the Longhorns have quality depth and talent at the position. Tashard Choice has done a masterful job on the recruiting trial recently and his efforts don’t appear to be slowing down any time soon.

Texas is currently the favorite to land five-star Jerrick Gibson, the nation’s No. 1 running back in the 2024 recruiting class. The Longhorns have also recently emerged as the leader for four-star running back Christian Clark this week.

On3’s Gerry Hamilton entered a new recruiting prediction in favor of Texas for Clark on Sunday. The Longhorns now have an 89.2% chance of landing Clark, according to On3’s recruiting prediction machine.

Clark is rated the No. 3 overall prospect in Arizona for the 2024 recruiting class. He concluded his junior season with 737 yards rushing, 11 touchdowns, and 7.16 yards per carry. The Mountain Pointe product also added on 37 receptions for 368 yards and five touchdowns through the air.
