Texas commit Christian Clark discusses Longhorns’ upcoming commits

Christian Clark expects the Texas class to grow considerably over the next few weeks.

Christian Clark is set to become a Texas Longhorns running back.

His commitment adds to a 2024 recruiting class that is set to take off in the next few weeks. Four-star talents Freddie Dubose and Santana Wilson got the recruiting momentum started and now it will be difficult to slow.

Texas’ latest commit Christian Clark shared his thoughts on what is about to ensue on the Forty Acres in recruiting.

“Texas recruiting is about to blow up with some big commits coming in last week & hopefully more to come this upcoming weekend. I think we’ll make a huge push this month to be one of the top classes in the country.”

Much can change over the coming weeks, but it appears Texas has made inroads with five-star targets Kobe Black and Brandon Baker. The program is set to host several elite targets this weekend including Black, Colin Simmons and Jerrick Gibson among several other elite players.

We’ll monitor where the recruiting class goes from here, but the trajectory is clearly pointing upward heading into the weekend.
