Hellman’s Mayonnaise partners with Titans QB Will Levis on fragrance

Will Levis partners for a unique condiment

Talk about taking advantage of a love of a condiment. Hellman’s Mayonnaise has partnered with Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis on a perfume.

Yes, we are talking about Parfum de Mayonnaise, Will Levis No. 8

The fragrance sold out on the first day. It will be restocked every day for the next week and a half “so everyone has a chance to exude an aura of greatness.”

Fragrance notes:

Tart Lemon: The fragrance opens with a bright, zesty burst of tart lemon that provides a refreshing and clean introduction.

Mayonnaise Accord: At the heart of the fragrance lies a daring mayonnaise accord. The creamy and slightly tangy note adds an unexpected twist, mirroring Will Levis’s bold personality. The mayonnaise accord provides a rich, smooth texture to the fragrance, making it intriguingly complex and memorable.

Parsley: Complementing the mayonnaise, a whisper of parsley adds a fresh, herbal element to the scent’s heart. The green, aromatic quality of the herb enhances the fragrance with a natural, earthy tone, reminiscent of a well-prepared dish.

Coffee Undertones: This fragrance would not be complete without subtle coffee undertones reminiscent of Will’s signature mayonnaise-infused brew. The coffee note brings a robust, slightly bitter edge filled with depth and warmth. It adds a comforting, familiar touch, grounding the fragrance in a sense of reliability and strength.

Musk: A sensual musk base weaves through the composition, providing a soft, lingering allure. This classic note evokes the physicality of an athlete, leaving a lasting impression that is both powerful and sophisticated.

Creamy Vanilla: The fragrance is rounded out with creamy vanilla, adding a sweet comforting finish. This note balances the tartness of the lemon and the creaminess of the mayonnaise, creating a harmonious blend that is both inviting and intriguing.

You can actually purchase Will Levis’ Hellman’s mayo-scented cologne

Yes, this is a real product.

Will Levis, besides being known for eating bananas weirdly, apparently puts mayonnaise in his coffee, and it’s followed him around everywhere from Kentucky to the Tennessee Titans.

And now, he’s got a good deal with Hellman’s: the creation of Will Levis No. 8, a cologne with a … mayo odor.

Here’s the kicker (quarterback?) — you can actually buy it. Well, as of writing this, it’s sold out. But you could have bought it, and maybe with this promotion, Hellman’s will make more batches of it (UPDATE: I’m told the site will be restocked every day, so it’ll be back on Tuesday). The price was a mere $8, but smelling like a turkey sandwich was priceless.

The ad for it is also priceless.

See it: Titans’ Will Levis debuts new scent, stars in hilarious ad

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis stars in a hilarious new Hellmann’s commercial and debuts a new scent, which sold out in record time.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis hit the scene last fall and hasn’t looked back since taking over for Ryan Tannehill.

Levis has been living his best life this summer and he’s capping it off with a new scent under Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. Will Levis No. 8 Parfum de Mayonnaise.

A voice whispers, “They tried to define you. But you are the ingredient to your own success. Luscious. Eggy. Smell like greatness. Will Levis, No. 8, Parfum de Mayonnaise.”

The ad is every bit as ridiculous as the product, and Levis nails his part. So serious in a quirky ad, you know they had to shoot it a million times because who could do this without laughing?

It’s both amazing and ridiculous, but above all else it’s fun. It’s bringing a light-heartedness to the Titans that the fans are eating up.

In fact, they’re eating it up so fast that the new scent has already sold out.

Fear not, though, the product will be restocked daily for the next week and a half or so, the fragrance is being released in batches.

This ad provides a glimmer into the locker room playfulness and Levis’ own sense of humor. If you missed out on this one, keep your eyes open. There will be more, and this writer is seriously looking forward to new ads that are amusing and fun.

Accuracy named Titans QB Will Levis’ biggest weakness

Pro Football Focus named “accuracy” as the biggest weakness for Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis.

Pro Football Focus recently named accuracy as the biggest weakness for Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis.

PFF recently broke down the biggest weakness for every starting NFL quarterback and for the sophomore quarterback in Nashville, placing the ball where it needs to be has been an issue during the start of his career.

There are a lot of flaws in Levis’ game right now, but his chapter isn’t closed just yet. He has played only nine NFL games with inconsistent results but now gets a new coaching staff and a full offseason to unleash his potential for 2024. Levis does need to hone his accuracy, as his 24.6% uncatchable inaccurate rate last year is the worst mark among returning starters.

Levis was far from a great passer last season as he finished with 1,808 passing yards, eight passing touchdowns, and four interceptions in nine games. To make matters worse, he only completed 58.4 percent of his passes, making him dead last out of all quarterbacks who started at least eight games.

The former Kentucky Wildcat had a lot of hype coming into his senior season, even getting mocked as high as a top-five draft selection. However, after a mediocre final season at Kentucky, where he only threw for 2,405 yards and 19 touchdowns with 10 interceptions, he slipped down draft boards.

As a result of this, and a lack of elite production in his other collegiate seasons, Levis fell to the second round of the 2023 NFL draft (a very quarterback-needy draft) despite his raw talent.

Accuracy has very clearly been a problem throughout his whole career as it was quoted as his biggest flaw in his draft profile:

Accuracy is below average. Regularly sprays quick game throws; can struggle to set up clean YAC opportunities. Even worse in 2022 than in 2021.

Levis will need to improve on this quickly if he wants to be a long-term starter in this league as the Titans have gone out and surrounded him with receivers that are known to create separation this offseason (Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd).

NFL analyst predicts Titans will make the playoffs in 2024

Despite having low expectations ahead of the season, one NFL analyst believes the Tennessee Titans will be a surprise playoff team in 2024.

With the NFL season inching closer by the day, it’s officially prediction season. For the Tennessee Titans, a team with low expectations entering the year, there aren’t many who are predicting them to be playoff-bound.

However, one NFL analyst believes the Titans will sneak into the playoffs as a wild card team.

Dakota Zientek of the Pro Football Network predicted the Titans as the seventh seed with a 9-8 record:

AFC South

  1. Houston Texans (13-4)
  2. Tennessee Titans (9-8)
  3. Jacksonville Jaguars (8-9)
  4. Indianapolis Colts (4-13)

After C.J. Stroud’s historic rookie season, he and the Texans return to a similar spot, winning the AFC South with a staggering 13-4 record. In Stroud’s sophomore season in the NFL, he leads the Texans to a league-leading 444 points and a point differential of +78 points.

In their first full season with Will Levis as the starting quarterback, the Titans make the playoffs, just squeezing in as the No. 7 seed.

Surprisingly, both the Jaguars and Colts ended the season with losing records, meaning neither team qualified for the postseason. While Anthony Richardson is expected to have a strong bounce-back season, this simulation had a different idea.

With Will Levis entering his sophomore season and first full season as the starting quarterback, the Titans offense is going to look much different.

After seeing long-time workhorse running back Derrick Henry sign with the Baltimore Ravens, the Titans added running back Tony Pollard in free agency. They also signed wide receiver Calvin Ridley, who should make for a strong wide receiving corps playing alongside DeAndre Hopkins.

The Titans’ offense will likely be much more pass-heavy than it has been in recent memory.

With a brand new coaching staff, the Titans are one of the more difficult teams to predict ahead of the season.

Of course, there are high expectations for the Houston Texans, who most believe will win the division. However, with the rest of the division being a mixed bag, it’s not out of the realm of possibility for the Titans to finish second in the division and sneak into the playoffs.

Will Levis: Titans ‘have to get used to winning’

Winning can change a culture and second-year quarterback Will Levis says the Tennessee Titans must get used to the feeling.

The Tennessee Titans took down the San Francisco 49ers, 17-13, at Nissan Stadium in Week 1 of the preseason on Saturday night.

Although it was just an exhibition game, the feeling of victory was a welcomed presence in the locker room. It was made even sweeter by the low expectations surrounding the Titans as they near the regular season.

Second-year quarterback Will Levis, who went 18-8 at Kentucky, knows that winning changes a culture — and these young Titans will have to get used to it.

“We have to get used to winning,” Levis said after the game, via TennesseeTitans.com. “Winning is fun, and there’s a certain responsibility that comes with it. So, hopefully we can do our best in all these games and get a feel for that winning atmosphere, and keep rolling.”

Yes, much of the Titans’ success came when their starters were lined up across from the 49ers’ second team, but you can only play who’s in front of you.

When taking into account that San Francisco is a potential Super Bowl favorite and have one of the deepest rosters in the NFL, there’s still room for warranted optimism.

“I thought we did a nice job of putting guys in the position to have success and have a chance to go execute,” head coach Brian Callahan said, via The Tennessean. “That part was good. It was just a combination of guys playing well and doing things right and a little bit of scheme to go along with it.”

There are plenty of things the Titans have to clean up over the next two preseason games, but they’re off to a good start.

Now, as Levis says, they have to continue winning and get used to the feeling.

PHOTOS: Top images from Titans’ 17-13 preseason win over the 49ers

Some of the best images from the Titans’ preseason win vs. the 49ers.

The Tennessee Titans kicked off the 2024 preseason with a 17-13 win over the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers.

It was a good start for Tennessee’s first-team offense, as quarterback Will Levis led two touchdown drives. Levis was sharp, completing four of his five passing attempts and backups Mason Rudolph and Malik Willis picked right up where he left off.

Tennessee’s defense and special teams had some fun, too. Third-year linebacker Chance Campbell led all players with nine tackles and a sack. On special teams, second-year wide receiver Kearis Jackson had a highlight-worthy 63-yard kickoff return to set up Tennessee’s first touchdown.

Let’s look back at some of the best images from Tennessee’s win over San Francisco.

Titans QB Will Levis addresses hit he took in preseason win over 49ers

Levis understands he can’t take those types of hits.

Things couldn’t have gone any better for the Tennessee Titans in their preseason debut. The first-team offense played two series, and quarterback Will Levis led Tennessee on two touchdowns, giving the Titans a 14-7 lead in the second quarter.

Tennessee would eventually hold on for a 17-13 victory.

Levis completed four of five passes for 35 yards and also had a rushing touchdown in the win. But the biggest talking point after the game was the hit Levis took on Tennessee’s first drive.

Before Levis’ touchdown on Tennessee’s first drive, he took a nasty hit from 49ers linebacker Dee Winters near the goal line.

Here’s the play:

Levis should’ve given himself up once he saw he was not getting into the end zone. He may be 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds but hits like that can take you out for weeks or possibly longer. Had Levis slid, Tennessee would have lost, at most, two yards on the play.

After the game, Levis acknowledged he needed to get down.

“I got some people telling me: It’s preseason, get down,” Levis said via Jim Wyatt of Titans Online. “I was trying to make something happen, but I have to be smarter.”

Where are the Titans in the latest NFL power rankings?

While the Titans come in low, there is plenty of optimism.

The 2024 Tennessee Titans are one of the NFL’s most mysterious teams. Tennessee underwent more change this offseason than anyone in the NFL outside of the Washington Commanders.

The Titans fired a successful head coach to bring in a first-time head coach. Mike Vrabel’s time in Tennessee seemed to be nearing its end for a while. Not only had the Titans had back-to-back losing seasons, but there were some issues between Vrabel and ownership.

Enter Brian Callahan. Callahan comes to Tennessee with a reputation for developing quarterbacks, which makes him the perfect mentor for Will Levis. The Titans completely revamped the offensive side of the ball this offseason, bringing in players such as Calvin Ridley, Tony Pollard, Tyler Boyd, Lloyd Cushenberry, and JC Latham.

Tennessee also made significant changes to its defense. Rookie defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat, lined up next to Pro Bowl DT Jeffery Simmons, could quickly become the NFL’s best interior duo.

As we begin the first week of the preseason, the Titans and their new coaches and players are surrounded by many unknowns. How good can Tennessee be in 2024?

Eric Edholm of NFL.com released his preseason Week 1 power rankings and had the Titans at No. 28. While that sounds ominous, Edholm mentioned the unknowns surrounding the team and believes most of Tennessee’s changes are positive.

The Titans have undergone major changes on offense and defense, as well as to the coaching staff, and I don’t quite know what to think of all the upheaval yet. I’d say I am mostly positive, but will the makeover result in more wins? A ton obviously depends on Will Levis and his development this season, but you can’t say Tennessee hasn’t at least tried to insulate him well on offense. How it all comes together under a first-year head coach in Brian Callahan is anyone’s guess. There’s probably a wide span of possible results this season, given the sheer number of unknowns here. But I will say that anyone claiming the AFC South is weak might want to step back and measure it against other divisions. There are four teams here that have a shot to finish over .500. It’s not as strong top to bottom as the AFC North, but it might not be terribly far off, either.

That means Edholm believes the Titans are one of the NFL’s worst teams—for now. He sees hope, but many questions must be answered, and those questions begin and end at the quarterback position.

QB Will Levis is the Titans’ most intriguing player this summer

Is Will Levis flying under the radar this summer?

The Tennessee Titans seemingly went all-in on second-year quarterback Will Levis this offseason. The Titans fired former head coach Mike Vrabel and replaced him with former Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan.

Callahan, a former UCLA quarterback, is known for his work with quarterbacks. He spent the last four seasons coaching Joe Burrow in Cincinnati.

Additionally, Tennessee spent big money at wide receiver, landing Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd to a group that already had DeAndre Hopkins and former first-round pick Treylon Burks. The Titans also signed free-agent running back Tony Pollard to a three-year deal, signed center Lloyd Cushenberry (four years) and used a top-10 pick on Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham.

That’s a lot of change in one offseason. However, the early returns have been good. Levis has had a solid training camp. Coaches and teammates have praised Levis for his work on the field and his leadership.

The 33rd Team recently named the most intriguing player on every NFL team this training camp, with Levis being the guy for Tennessee.

One of the reasons Tennessee was convinced to hire Brian Callahan as their head coach was his strong investment in Will Levis and the potential work he could do with him.

Callahan has worked with quarterbacks like Peyton Manning, Joe Burrow, Matthew Stafford, and Derek Carr — and now he’s taking Levis under his wing. Despite this, there hasn’t been much national discussion about Levis making a significant leap in his second year.

Tennessee has done everything in its power to create a quarterback-friendly situation by hiring Callahan, signing Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, and Tony Pollard, and drafting JC Latham, in addition to having key pieces like DeAndre Hopkins, Tyjae Spears, and Chigoziem Okonkwo.

While it is early, people in Tennessee have praised Levis’ attitude and believe he has developed into a leader. His performance on the practice field has given them hope that this team could be a real competitor in the AFC.

The Titans were criticized for firing Vrabel, but if the goal was to develop Levis, it was a wise decision. It may or may not work, but it showed everyone that general manager Ran Carthon believes Levis can be the guy.
