Florida trounced Vanderbilt 56-0 last weekend, showing that the team had moved on from its loss to Georgia on Nov. 2. In the win vs. Commodores, Kyle Trask threw for 363 yards and three touchdowns. 11 different wide receivers caught a pass. The Gators need to make sure they focus on Missouri before their rivalry game against Florida State to finish out the season.

Missouri came away dissatisfied after a 27-0 loss to Georgia last weekend, but the Tigers will do their best to keep their heads held high and play spoiler vs. Florida. Quarterbacks Taylor Powell and Connor Bazelak split time last Saturday and combined to go just 18-for-34 with 144 yards passing. However, eight different receivers caught at least one pass. Missouri beat then-No. 7 Florida, 38-17, on the road last season in one of the biggest upsets of the year. The team will try to do the same thing this year.

How to Watch Panama vs. Mexico, CONCACAF Nations League Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

Watch Panama vs. Mexico Live Online.

The Mexican national team has a chance to secure a spot in the CONCACAF Nations League playoffs when it travels to Panama for its third group stage match tonight. El Tri has predictably made light work of the competition thus far, including a 3-1 win over this same Panama team at home last month. If they can go away from home in a tough environment and pick up three points, the road to winning another CONCACAF competition will open up for Mexico.

  • Date: Friday, November 15

The most impressive thing about Mexico easily pushing through the group stage of this new tournament is that Tata Martino has taken the chance to incorporate some younger players into his already stacked squad. Established stars like Hirving “Chucky” Lozano, Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez and Hector Herrera all get to rest with their European clubs while some new faces get to prove they belong on the international level.

Jose Juan Macias, a 20-year-old forward who plays for Club Leon, has been the newcomer to shine given the chance. He has three goals through the opening two matches and looks to be setting himself up for a bigger role with the team in the future.

For now, it’s all about clinching a playoff spot for Martino’s young squad. Mexico has proven to be an unstoppable juggernaut in the region and Tata’s introduction as manager has only magnified that. Despite a slip-up against top competition, Mexico’s stranglehold on CONCACAF has only become more firm since the Argentinian took over at the beginning of the year.

How to Watch USA vs Canada, USMNT Lineup, U.S. vs. Canada Live Stream, CONCACAF Nations League Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

Watch USA vs Canada Soccer Live Online.

The United States Men’s National Team will face an important test on Friday evening when it welcomes Canada to Orlando in the teams’ second consecutive Concacaf Nations League clash. The rising Canadians upended the USMNT 2-0 in Toronto merely a month ago, a shocking result that left U.S. players and fans bitterly disappointed. This time, the USA will be without their talisman, Christian Pulisic, as he recovers from an injury suffered over the weekend, leaving coach Gregg Berhalter to look elsewhere to get his squad back on track.

USMNT vs. Canada

  • Date: Friday, November 15
  • Start Time: 7:00 PM ET
  • TV Channel: TUDN, UniMas
  • Live Stream: fuboTV (watch for free)

Canada and the U.S. are two teams on two different trajectories. Despite missing the previous eight World Cups – and only qualifying once in its entire history – this Canadian team oozes confidence. Its win against the USMNT in October was proof of that. The win marked the first time Canada had defeated the Yanks in 34 years, with the previous victory taking place during the tune-up for its lone World Cup appearance. The scene at the final whistle reflected the team’s pent-up desire to unseat its neighbors, as players piled onto each other and shouted in excitement, which is typically reserved for finals or massive upsets.

Meanwhile, the U.S. hasn’t managed to turn the corner nearly a year into Berhalter’s tenure. It’s true that the head coach has been limited by injuries to some of his best players. Most recently it’s Christian Pulisic and Zack Steffen, but also John Anthony Brooks and Tyler Adams. And yes, the USMNT managed a run to the Gold Cup final over the summer. However, a better word for it might be ‘scraped together’ given the lackluster string of performances and results since then haven’t been promising. Getting dominated by Mexico, drawing against Uruguay’s B-squad, and losing to Canada are hardly signs of progress.

Despite that, Earnie Stewart – the US Soccer Federation Sporting Director – insists that Berhalter’s job isn’t in danger, while also acknowledging that the game against Canada is a must-win. The winner of Group A will advance to the Concacaf Nations League semifinals and be a lock to qualify for the final stages of World Cup 2022 Qualification in Concacaf, also known as the Hex. The US must win against Canada to have any shot at advancing, while the third team in their group, Cuba, is no match for either squad and currently sports a 0-0-3 record with a 14 goal differential.

For USMNT fans, only a win will suffice. There has long been complaints about Berhalter’s player selection, as his reliance on the MLS pool is seen as antithetical to improvement. For the players’ part, the grinding attitude that defined previous U.S. teams have been noticeably absent, with most teams looking comfortable in possession against the USMNT, while bossing U.S. players off seemingly every ball. All of these elements will be picked apart tonight, but the most important thing for the USA is clear: walk away with three points.

Record-breaking largemouth bass caught in Idaho

An Idaho angler has been granted a state record for a giant largemouth bass he caught while fishing in a recent tournament at Cave Lake.

An Idaho angler has been granted a state record for a giant largemouth bass he caught while fishing in a recent tournament at Cave Lake along the Coeur d’Alene River.

JJ Schillinger of Post Falls landed the 9.7-pound, 25-inch bass during the Panhandle Bass Anglers Fall Open on Oct. 19. After the fish was weighed and measured, it was set free.

This week the Idaho Department of Fish and Game announced that Schillinger’s catch is the new record in the catch-and-release category.

These records are based on length, since most anglers do not have quick access to certified scales. A simple measurement and photo documentation allows for reasonably swift releases.

Tournament bass anglers typically keep their fish alive in aerated wells on their boats, and release them after the weigh-in at the end of each day of competition.

The Panhandle Bass Anglers Fall Open ran Oct. 19-20 and Schillinger won with a total combined weight of 60.93 pounds, buoyed by the 9.7-pound bass.

Leaderboard of the Panhandle Bass Anglers Fall Open

On Wednesday he acknowledged the catch-and-release record on Facebook, writing, “It’s official!! Not the weight record but a good start! Thanks to Idaho Panhandle Bass Anglers for putting on a great event as always, and my partner Trevor Schalk for netting this beautiful giant!”

The previous Idaho catch-and-release record was a bass that measured 23.75 inches. It was caught by Dale Stratton at Sawyers Pond in May 2017.

How to Watch the Boston Celtics, NBA Live Stream, Celtics vs ClippersSchedule, TV Channel, Start Time

How to Watch Boston Celtics this season live online.

The Boston Celtics experienced plenty of roster turnover heading into the 2019-20 NBA season, with key players leaving for other teams, but also joining the squad. The question for the Celtics this season will be whether or not head coach Brad Stevens can pull all of those pieces together to create a winner in Boston once again.

The key to this season for the Celtics will be Kemba Walker, who was acquired in the offseason following his time with the Charlotte Hornets. Walker is a proven leader on the court and one capable of scoring in a variety of ways. More important than his impact as a player will be his impact from a team chemistry perspective, as he replaces Kyrie Irving at the point this year.

Also interesting will be how the Celtics replace Al Horford. Horford was one of the key rebounders for the Celtics last season, and his ability to spread the floor and shoot as a big was key to the Celtics offensively. The C’s will need to take more of a team focused approach to rebounding now that Horford has left for a division rival in Philadelphia. A big blow to begin the season was Gordon Hayward fracturing his hand just a few games into the season. It’s not yet known how long he’ll be out for, but he’s an important piece to the team.

As a whole, the Celtics have plenty of talent and have as good a chance as any team to win the Eastern Conference. The question now is whether or not they can reach their potential.

Watch Michigan State vs. Seton Hall Live Online.

A battle of top-15 teams will highlight the second week of the college basketball season. Michigan State, the preseason No. 1, faces off with Seton Hall in the Gavitt Tipoff Games. With both teams looking to make a statement against elite-level competition early in the season, this clash at the Prudential Center in New Jersey could be one of the more intriguing contests in the early season college hoops schedule.

After dropping their first game of the season in the Champions Classic against No. 1 Kentucky, the Michigan State Spartans enjoyed a get right game against Binghamton. The Spartans had a 21-4 edge in the turnover department, while Cassius Winston had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, helping the No. 3 Spartans cruise to a 100-47 win over the Bearcats. Against a talented Seton Hall team, Michigan State will need to come out just as sharp to erase the disappointment of its season-opening loss.

No. 12 Seton Hall will also enter this game off of a win over an America East opponent. Seton Hall got the better of the Stony Brook Seawolves by a 74-57 margin. Sandro Mamukelashvili led the Pirates with 17 points, while Romaro Gill added 10 points and 10 rebounds in the winning effort.. While the win was a positive for the Pirates, they will need to shoot better from beyond the arc than they did vs. Stony Brook, shooting 7-for-18 from three-point range.

How to Watch Steelers vs. Browns, NFL Week 11 Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

Watch Steelers vs. Browns Live Online.

The Pittsburgh Steelers (5-4) and Cleveland Browns (3-6) meet Thursday night for a primetime AFC North showdown. It’s a rivalry that dates back to 1950 with the Steelers leading the all-time series 75-58-1. That one tie came last year, 21-21, in their first meeting of the season, but Pittsburgh won the next round, 33-18, at home. Both teams are in the middle of the standings and can inch closer to the Ravens with a victory.

A 1-4 start and Ben Roethlisberger, the face of the franchise, out with a season-ending injury wasn’t exactly what Steeler Nation had envisioned to begin the season. However, Pittsburgh has turned things around and has won its last four games, including a 17-12 victory over the Rams. Mason Rudolph threw for 242 yards and one touchdown. James Washington led the team with six catches for 90 yards and one touchdown. The Steelers are averaging just over 21 points per game but rank near the bottom in total yards, passing yards and rushing yards per game. That didn’t stop coach Mike Tomlin, who made a gutsy 4th and 1 call with the team leading 14-12. That confidence may be the spark they needed for a shot at the playoffs.

Defensively, Rams quarterback Jared Goff was limited to just 243 yards and two interceptions. The Steelers’ defense sacked Goff four times in the game and forced three turnovers. Mark Barron racked up 10 tackles, while Joe Haden added seven tackles and an interception. Javon Hargrave and T.J. Watt were in Goff’s face throughout the game. Hargrave finished with seven tackles and one sack with Watt adding five tackles and two sacks to the stat sheet. They will face a versatile Browns offense that has playmakers in running back Nick Chubb and wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry.

The Buffalo Bills had a chance to tie the game against the Browns on Sunday, but instead, the field goal attempt missed with 22 seconds left, and Cleveland had a renewed sense of hope for its season. The Browns snapped a four-game losing streak with the 19-16 road win. Baker Mayfield completed 26 of 38 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns. Nick Chubb rushed for 116 yards, his fourth 100+ yard game this season, which brought his season total to 919 yards– third-best in the NFL. With Kareem Hunt back as well, the Browns have a 1-2 punch at running back. Jarvis Landry led the team with nine catches for 97 yards, while Odell Beckham Jr. added five more for 57 yards.

Cleveland’s defense held Josh Allen to 266 yards passing and no touchdowns. The Browns rank seventh in the NFL against the pass. Myles Garrett has racked up ten sacks and will look to attack a weak offensive line for the Steelers, much the same away Aaron Donald and the Rams did a week ago.

Whale swims beneath surfers, but do they even notice?

The video opportunity of a lifetime presented itself in the form of a whale spout, then another, as Payton Landaas watched from his patio.

The video opportunity of a lifetime presented itself Monday in the form of a whale spout, then another, as Payton Landaas watched from the patio of his parents’ home overlooking a famous Southern California surf spot.

“I knew how rare this moment could be so I ran to get my drone,” Landaas, 18, told For The Win Outdoors.

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRP5B-bn25s]

Moments later he was capturing aerial footage of a 25-foot gray whale swimming toward and beneath unsuspecting surfers as they waited for waves at Doheny State Beach in Orange County.

RELATED: Can you spot the hidden object in this shark photo?

As viewers can see, the whale surfaces once inside the lineup, then approaches 20-plus surfers as they sit lazily on their boards. One young surfer turns around and spots the whale, then paddles away as the leviathan passes beneath him.

Some of the surfers did not seem to notice the whale. Photo: Payton Landaas

“The whale was inside the lineup, which wouldn’t have happened any other time of day due to the tide,” Landaas said, explaining that the morning high tide allowed the large mammal to swim close to shore.

Many of the surfers did not seem to see the whale, but Landaas’ footage affords a unique perspective revealing the graceful movements of such a large cetacean.

Landaas, a resident of Capistrano Beach and a senior at San Juan Hills High School, had just launched Stealth Photos and lists himself as owner and chief drone pilot.

The whale, likely a juvenile looking for food on the sandy bottom, is somewhat of a stray.

The southbound gray whale migration, from feeding grounds off Alaska to breeding areas off Mexico, does not peak off Southern California until January.

Watch the Milwaukee Bucks Live Online this season.

All Giannis, all the time. That’s what life is like in Milwaukee these days as the Bucks have become a must-see attraction in not just the NBA, but the world of sports. That’s how big of an impact the “Greek Freak” has had since his emergence as the top player in the league. The reigning NBA Most Valuable Player carried his team to the Eastern Conference Finals last season. This season, the Bucks are looking to take it one step further by bringing a championship back to the Cream City for the first time since 1971.

It doesn’t appear as if the league has found a way to stop Giannis yet. After dominating the regular season in 2018-19, the 24-year-old superstar has picked up right where left off. He is among the top five in the league in both scoring and rebounding through the first 10 games of the season. His extraordinary exploits have led to the Bucks once again being considered among the favorites in the East.

While Giannis will certainly get most of the attention, the Bucks wouldn’t be in the position that they are without a great supporting cast. Milwaukee’s four other starters also average double-digits in scoring, led by forward Khris Middleton, who has emerged as a very valuable asset by Giannis’ side. Throw in the likes of Eric Bledsoe and Brook Lopez, along with veteran sharpshooter Kyle Korver off the bench and there’s no reason not to expect the Bucks to be contending for a title come the spring.

France, Germany, Portugal, Croatia, England and the Netherlands can each secure automatic qualification to Euro 2020 when the qualifying phase resumes on Matchday 9. Cristiano Ronaldo and the defending champions are still in danger of missing out on second in Group B, but a win over Lithuania on Thursday could be enough if Serbia fails to beat Luxembourg.

Current world champions and Euro 2016 runner-up France remains second in Group H. While level on points with Turkey, who leads via head-to-head, France will qualify as long as it beats Moldova at home. Didier Deschamps’ side can still be knocked out of the top-two running by third-place Iceland, who travel to Turkey on Thursday in need of a win if its to snatch an automatic spot.

Germany and the Netherlands are engaged in another close fight for the summit in Group C. De Oranje holds the head-to-head advantage over Germany with the pair level on points, while Northern Ireland holds a glimmer of hope to finish top two, currently three points behind in third.

Ronald Koeman takes the Netherlands to Windsor Park in Belfast on Saturday, while Germany hosts Belarus, each needing just one more point to cement their places in first and second, respectively.

England has suffered one loss in qualifying and need one point at home to Montenegro to guarantee a top-two finish, while a win would ensure they take the top spot. However, third-place Kosovo hopes a result away to the Czech Republic can cause one last shift in Group A.

Croatia plays its final match of the qualifying campaign at home to Slovakia on Saturday. One point would be enough to ensure the team finishes first in Group E. Gareth Bale’s Wales team is currently fourth in the pool and four points below second-place Hungary, who it has to beat at home if it’s to prolong an automatic qualification chance.

Spain has already wrapped up its Euro 2020 fate and looks set to finish first in Group F, but it’ll host bottom-dweller Malta on Friday in what promises to be a fairly one-sided fixture.
