The Rams and Bengals were hilariously confused by The Rock’s Super Bowl intro

“What is he doing out there?”

The Super Bowl is always a spectacle in itself, so it came to the surprise of no one that Los Angeles brought out stars for its first Super Bowl since 1993.

Throughout the regular season and playoffs, the Rams had Michael Buffer address the crowd ahead of kickoff. But for Super Bowl 56, The Rock was brought in to pump up the crowd with a loud monologue at midfield in his WWE persona. Plenty of fans thought it was weird, confusing and over the top.

It turned out that the Rams and Bengals felt the same way. Mic’d-up footage from NFL Films showed coaches and players just roasting the pregame introduction.

Zac Taylor couldn’t contain his laughter.

Joe Burrow joked, “What is he doing out there? … He’s on kickoff returns. They signed him.”

Aaron Donald was told, “That’s going to be you in 10 years, your acting career.”

But hey, Burrow did say he liked The Rock’s shoes. So, there’s that.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has only played a couple seasons in the NFL. He’s still relatively new to the stage, and by all accounts, he’s easy to root for.

Well, he also proved that there’s never a wrong time to be friendly — it doesn’t matter if it’s in the middle of the Super Bowl.

Mic’d-up footage from NFL Films provided some awesome insight into how Burrow interacted with his opponents on the field in Super Bowl bowl 56. And let’s just say that he won’t be following the Philip Rivers model of being a notorious trash-talker. Instead, Burrow was literally introducing himself to Rams players and NFL veterans Von Miller and Eric Weddle right there on the field.

Tom Brady had some hilarious advice for Matthew Stafford during Rams’ Super Bowl parade

The GOAT is right – hydration is key while celebrating a championship.

Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams are celebrating their Super Bowl win with a parade through Los Angeles today, just a few days after coming from behind to beat the Bengals, 23-20, at SoFi Stadium.

Celebrating a championship can sometimes get out of control, just ask the GOAT, Tom Brady, who had a whole lot of fun (and drinks) during the Bucs’ boat-riding/boozy parade last year. You gotta pace yourself if you want to make it through the day

Brady, who needed some help leaving last year’s party, offered some good advice to Stafford during the parade. Check out this funny tweet:

The Los Angeles Rams have hit the streets for their Super Bowl victory parade on Wednesday.

A guy who knows a lot about such things is Tom Brady.

The recently retired quarterback has taken part in many Super Bowl parades… seven, to be exact.

From the scenes in California, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford was spotted enjoying himself. Smiles and cigars, and probably a bit more than that.

Brady offered a bit of advice upon further inspection.

Re-tweeting the video of Stafford on his social media account via  Twitter, Brady chimed in: the Rams QB needs a little H20:

Brady knows more about celebrating Super Bowl wins than anyone. One recent memory, in particular, comes to mind.

After his Super Bowl-winning season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a year ago, video of Brady surfaced as well. Rather than having a stogey in his hand, Brady has the Lombardy Trophy.

Now famously because of the successful outcome, Brady threw the trophy, from one boat to another.

Brady’s reactions throughout the events were simply incredible and only scratching the surface with the trophy throw.

How can we forget the avocado tequila references and other… extra smiley photos… of the future Hall of Famer from that day as he’s being ushered around? We can’t and we won’t.
