This time-lapse video of the Super Bowl 54 halftime show stage being put together is nuts

They build that stage so darn quickly.

JLo and Shakira crushed the Super Bowl 54 halftime show tonight in Miami with an electric show that had Hard Rock Stadium bouncing.

But lost in the performance – at least for those watching at home – is just how impressive it is that a crew can put together the stage and lighting so quickly right after the first half of the Super Bowl ends.

I decided to do a little time-lapse video to show how insanely fast they are at creating it all, as they have no time at all to spare.

Check this out from the start of halftime until the beginning of the show:

Bonkers.

Halftime Show: This moment from Shakira’s set became a meme immediately

The internet has so many jokes about this moment.

Pop legends Shakira and Jennifer Lopez took center stage in Miami at Super Bowl 54 to deliver the biggest concert of the year, and a hilarious moment from Shakira’s performance of her smash hit “Hips Don’t Lie” is going viral.

Shakira went crowdsurfing during her set, and after getting back on the stage, the camera zoomed in for a close-up as Shakira delivered…. this. It became a meme immediately.

The internet was baffled.

Shakira is a Colombian pop singer who released her debut album in 1991, at 13 years old. Four of her songs have reached the Billboard Top 10, with ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ her sole No. 1 hit.

“The message [of my performance] is gonna be ‘Listen, I’m a woman. I’m a Latina. It wasn’t easy for me to get to where I am. And being at the Super Bowl is proof that everything is possible,” the 42-year-old told 60 Minutes. “That the dreams of a little girl from Barranquilla, Colombia, they were made of something of what dreams are made of and I’m gonna be there, giving it all.’ ”

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira join the list of entertainers to play halftime at Super Bowls in Miami.

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will be the halftime show at Super Bowl LIV when the Kansas City Chiefs meet the San Francisco 49ers Feb. 2. The bar is incredibly high for the intermission act in South Beach because the halftime show for XLI was the best of all. Prince put on a spectacular show that tops every other act who has had the honor of showing their talents for about 12 minutes.
