The Ravens (2-0) and Colts (1-1) will meet on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium in an intriguing AFC contest.

Indianapolis is rebuilding in the AFC South and dealing with rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson, who’s in the concussion protocol and will miss the matchup against MVP candidate Lamar Jackson.

With kickoff fast approaching, the experts have made their picks, and Baltimore is the overwhelming favorite.

Eagles vs. Lions: NFL experts make Week 1 picks

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Detroit Lions: NFL experts make Week 1 picks

The Eagles and Lions will open the season at Ford Field, the site of last season’s 44-6 road when for Philadelphia that helps catapult the team to a postseason appearance.

The Birds developed their run-first mentality that afternoon after Boston Scott and Jordan Howard each had two touchdowns on the ground, helping Philadelphia amass 236 total yards rushing.

The Eagles broke a two-game losing streak and will look to use Sunday’s opener as momentum for a huge Week 2 home matchup against the Vikings on Monday Night Football.

The experts have made their pick, and Philadelphia is an overwhelming road favorite.

NFL Week 1 picks: Most experts taking Bills over Rams in opener

A good portion of experts are picking the Bills to beat the Rams tonight with Los Angeles being viewed as the underdog

No team has beaten the Los Angeles Rams since Week 18 of last season, an overtime loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Their most recent loss before that? Week 12 in late November against the Green Bay Packers.

Yet, the Rams are somehow being underrated going into this season – both by experts and oddsmakers. In Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills, the Rams are 2.5-point underdogs. And upon looking at picks made by experts, most are taking Buffalo.

According to NFL Pick Watch, 65% of experts are picking the Bills to beat the Rams outright tonight. With the spread factored in, 59% are still taking the Bills to cover and win by at least three points.

That doesn’t suggest an overwhelming amount of confidence in the Rams entering this pivotal Week 1 game. However, Los Angeles is 5-0 in season openers under Sean McVay and the defending Super Bowl champions are 19-3 in the last 22 openers.

Even as good as the Bills are, it’s hard not to like the Rams to defend their turf at home.

Eagles at Washington: NFL experts make Week 17 picks

#Eagles at #WashingtonFootball: #NFL experts make Week 17 picks #FlyEaglesFly

The Eagles and Washington are set for their second NFC East matchup in 12-days and Sunday’s showdown could catapult Philadelphia into a wild card spot.

Washington should have the bulk of their available roster returning after some COVID-19 battles, and the outcome could be considerably different.

Experts from around the league have made their picks, and only a handful are picking Washington after they were dismantled by Dallas on Sunday night.

Eagles vs. Saints: NFL experts make Week 11 picks

Philadelphia Eagles vs. New Orleans Saints: NFL experts make Week 11 picks

The New Orleans Saints (5-4) are hitting the road and heading towards Philadelphia for another matchup at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles (4-6) in an important NFC matchup.

The game has postseason implications and Jalen Hurts is looking for a repeat performance after upsetting New Orleans in his first start as a pro.

The expert’s picks are in, and most of the media is rolling with the road team.

Colts vs. Bills: NFL experts make Week 11 picks

The NFL experts see this matchup being a one-sided affair in Week 11.

The Indianapolis Colts (5-5) will be visiting the Buffalo Bills (6-3) at Highmark Stadium on Sunday for a crucial Week 11 matchup.

Now that we are entering the second half of the regular season, the playoff picture is beginning to come into view. The Colts need to win this game in order to keep their playoff hopes from being dashed. Vegas has the Colts as underdogs by more than a touchdown entering the weekend.

Here’s how the experts around the league see this AFC matchup shaking out:

Expert Pick Score (if applicable)
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) Bills 27-20
Mike Jones (USA TODAY) Bills 30-25
Jarrett Bell (USA TODAY) Bills 30-20
Mike Clay (ESPN) Bills N/A
Gregg Rosenthall (NFL Network) Bills 26-20
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News) Bills 27-17
Dave Richard (CBS Sports) Bills N/A
Pete Prisco (CBS Sports) Bills 30-20
Nick Wojton (Bills Wire) TBD TBD
Cam DaSilva (Sportsbook Wire) Bills N/A
Bleacher Report Bills 28-21

With such a large spread for the game, it shouldn’t be a surprise that almost all of the experts are siding with the Bills. Even if they have been a volatile team showing the ability to lose to a team like the Jaguars, the Colts have an uphill battle.

With Josh Allen at the helm, the Colts defense will be in for a tough matchup. The pass rush has come alive in recent weeks thanks to the emergence of rookie Kwity Paye, who has 17 pressures in his last two games.

Meanwhile, the Colts offense will have a challenge as well given the stellar play of the Bills defense. Leaning on Jonathan Taylor might not be as easy against a defense allowing just 3.8 yards per carry—the fourth-lowest mark in the league.

It won’t be an easy task for the Colts to upset the Bills, and the NFL experts certainly believe in going with the chalk pick this week.

Who the experts are taking in Washington vs. Bills

There aren’t many people giving #WashingtonFootball much of a chance to upset the Bills on Sunday.

The Washington Football Team enters their Week 3 game at Buffalo as a rather significant underdog. The Bills opened this week as 7.5-point favorites, and that line has remained the same throughout the week.

Both teams enter Sunday’s game with identical 1-1 records. Washington lost its home opener to the Chargers before bouncing back in Week 2 against the Giants.

The Bills struggled in a Week 1 loss to the Steelers before trouncing the Dolphins in Week 2.

So, who do the experts think is winning this battle?

According to the folks at NFL Pickwatch, 93% of the experts picked the Bills to defeat Washington straight up. Against the spread, 67% of the experts still went with Buffalo.

Washington is 0-2 against the spread this season, while the Bills are 1-1.

Buffalo is the smart favorite in this one. Washington has struggled through two weeks, despite winning in Week 2. The defense, which is supposed to be the team’s strength, has struggled in both games.

Can Washington pull off the upset? It will undoubtedly need a strong performance from its defense to move to 2-1 on the season.

Eagles vs. Falcons: NFL experts make Week 1 picks

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Atlanta Falcons: NFL experts make Week 1 picks

The Eagles are a little over 24-hours away from kicking off the 2021 regular season on the road against the Atlanta Falcons.

Road underdogs, Philadelphia has had Atlanta’s number since 2000 and should benefit from familiarity with a common foe.

NFL experts spent the week predicting outcomes and the votes seem split.

NFL divisional round picks: Very few experts taking Rams over Packers

NFL experts are giving the Rams almost no chance against the Packers this weekend.

Just as they were last week against the Seahawks, the Rams are once again underdogs in the divisional round. And for the second week in a row, experts are giving them very little chance to pull off the upset over the high-scoring Packers.

That’s hardly surprising, with Los Angeles being a 6.5-point underdog and battling injuries to several key players, including Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp, David Edwards and Jared Goff – though Donald and Goff are certain to play. Still, it’s surprising to see how lopsided this week’s picks are among NFL experts.

According to NFL Pick Watch, a whopping 94% of pundits are picking the Packers to beat the Rams. Only the Chiefs have a higher percentage of experts backing them, with 96% picking them over the Browns.

Factoring in the spread, there’s a much closer gap between Packers and Rams backers. Only 58% are picking the Packers to cover the 6.5-point spread, which means 42% of experts believe the Rams will either win outright or lose by six points or fewer.

It’s a good bet for the Rams to keep the score close, so long as the defense plays the way it has all season long. The offense is what will decide whether Los Angeles wins or loses. The magic number for the Rams is 21, because in games where they scored at least 21 points, they were 8-1.
