Five weeks after his first UFC win, David Onama will seek another big knockout.

[autotag]David Onama[/autotag] is fresh off the biggest win of his career and he’s looking to strike while the iron is hot.

Stepping in on short notice, Onama (9-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) will replace [autotag]Lerone Murphy[/autotag] when he battles [autotag]Nate Landwehr[/autotag] (15-4 MMA, 2-2 UFC) at UFC on ESPN 33, pending bout finalization.

Two people with knowledge of the matchup verbal agreements are in place but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. Onama’s management Iridium Sports Agency first announced the news. It is unclear why Murphy is no longer in the bout.

UFC Fight Night 195 post-event facts: ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone’s all-time wins record under threat

Check out all the facts and figures from UFC Fight Night 195, which saw Norma Dumont decision Aspen Ladd in Las Vegas.

UFC Fight Night 195 took place Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

The main event of the 10-fight card saw [autotag]Norma Dumont[/autotag] (7-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) outwork [autotag]Aspen Ladd[/autotag] (9-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) to a unanimous decision in the women’s featherweight matchup.

For more on the numbers behind the headliner, as well as the rest of the card – where two of the UFC’s all-time winners added to their totals – check below for 45 post-event facts to come out of UFC Fight Night 195.

UFC Fight Night 195: Nate Landwehr vs. Ludovit Klein odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 195 odds and lines between Nate Landwehr vs. Ludovit Klein, with MMA picks, tips and predictions.

In a featherweight bout on the main card, Nate Landwehr meets Ludovit Klein Saturday at UFC Fight Night 195 – also known as UFC Vegas 40 and UFC on ESPN+ 53 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. Below, we analyze the UFC Fight Night 195 Landwehr vs. Klein odds and lines, with picks and predictions.

The card can be viewed on ESPN+ with the prelims at 4:30 p.m. ET and the main card at 7 p.m. ET.

Landwehr-Klein was bumped to the main card after Julian Marquez was pulled due to non-COVID-related health issues, scrapping a fight against Jordan Wright.

That’s great news for Landwehr, who is looking to bounce back after a first-round KO/TKO loss to Julian Erosa last time out. He gets a chance to prove he still belongs after a 1-2 start to his UFC career.

Klein is 1-1 in his two UFC fights with a KO/TKO over Shane Young in the first round in his UFC debut Sept. 26, 2020, before a loss to Michael Trizano last time out by unanimous decision.

UFC Fight Night 195 Landwehr vs. Klein: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Landwehr (14-4-0) | Klein (17-3-0)

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

LANDWEHR (+290) is a tremendous value for a chance to nearly triple up on your initial wager. If he does come through as a big underdog, he’ll need to keep Klein at a distance, as Landwehr has walked into two big punches against Erosa and Herbert Burns for KO/TKO losses at the UFC level. Klein has a KO/TKO win for his only victory at the UFC level.

I like Landwehr to hang around in this one and make the judges decide. LANDWEHR ON POINTS (+600) is also worth a roll of the dice for a small-unit play.

Over/Under (O/U)

YES (+165): WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is also worth a small-unit wager. Two of Landwehr’s last four pro fights have gone the distance, both unanimous-decision victories in his favor. Klein usually finishes inside the distance, but I think Landwehr takes the Slovakian fighter all the way.

UFC Fight Night 185 post-event facts: Derrick Lewis’ stats hits legendary status

Derrick Lewis now has the second most wins of any heavyweight in UFC history after his knockout at UFC Fight Night 185.

UFC Fight Night 185 went down Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and the event, which streamed on ESPN+, produced a candidate for “Knockout of the Year.”

[autotag]Derrick Lewis[/autotag] (25-7 MMA, 16-5 UFC) added another incredible highlight to an already remarkable reel when he flattened Curtis Blaydes (14-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) with a picture-perfect uppercut in the second round of the heavyweight headliner, tying the record for most knockouts in UFC history.

“The Black Beast” already had a solid resume coming in, but it’s even greater now. For more, check below for 40 post-event facts to come out of UFC Fight Night 185.

UFC Fight Night 185 video: Julian Erosa hits flying knee to finish Nate Landwehr

Julian Erosa’s third UFC stint continues to produce wins.

[autotag]Julian Erosa[/autotag] keeps on rolling.

In the second fight of his third promotional stint, Erosa (24-8 MMA, 3-4 UFC) stopped a former M-1 Challenge featherweight champion, [autotag]Nate Landwehr[/autotag], with a flying knee at UFC Fight Night 185 on Saturday. The stoppage came 56 seconds into Round 1.

Erosa came out swinging from the opening bell. He stunned Landwehr (14-4 MMA, 1-2 UFC) early, who recovered quickly. However, Erosa kept the pressure on him. As he flung punches at Landwehr, a flurry connected. As Landwehr retreated, Erosa leaped in the air and landed a flying knee. Landwehr was sat down and Erosa connected with a follow-up punch.

Referee Mark Smith jumped in, much to the displeasure of Landwehr, who protested the stoppage immediately.

You can see the finished sequence below (via Twitter):

With the victory, Erosa, 31, has won three consecutive fights since a three-fight losing streak that led to his second UFC exit in 2019.

As for Landwehr, the stoppage puts him back in the losing column. Two of his three UFC appearances he’s lost by first-round knockout.

UFC Fight Night 185 took place Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The card streamed on ESPN+.
