With Eagles training camp quickly approaching, we’re looking at every player to wear the No. 95 for Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Eagles will kick off their 2023 regular season against the New England Patriots on Sept. 10, now 80 days away.

From now until the start of the season, we’ll be counting down each day by revisiting the players who have worn that specific jersey number.

No. 95 is worn by veteran defensive tackle Marlon Tuipulotu, who will fight for a roster spot at the defensive tackle position.

With less than 90 days until kickoff, here’s a look at every player to ever wear No. 95 for the Eagles (via Pro Football Reference):

2022 NFL draft: Every player taken with 46th overall pick in last 10 years

What will the Vikings do with their first second-round draft pick in two years?

For the first time in two years, the Minnesota Vikings will finally be selecting a player in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft.

Of course, that’s assuming general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah doesn’t green light a trade that sends the pick to another team.

The Vikings haven’t had a second-round draft pick since taking offensive tackle Ezra Cleveland with the No. 58 overall pick of the 2020 NFL draft. Since being kicked to guard, Cleveland has been solid in his role along the offensive front.

So former general manager Rick Spielman must be commended for rebounding with that pick after biting the dust on cornerback Jeff Gladney in the first round.

There’s a ton of value to be had on Friday for the Vikings with the No. 46 overall pick. Whether Adofo-Mensah can find it or not remains to be seen.

Today, we’re listing the last 10 players taken with the No. 46 pick over the last decade.

Former Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks to sign with rival 49ers

Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks is expected to sign with the rival San Francisco 49ers, per NFL’s Ian Rapoport.

Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks has found himself a new NFL home. The free agent has agreed to terms with a division rival, the San Francisco 49ers.

“The #49ers are making a key addition, as former #Seahawks LB Mychal Kendricks is signing a deal with SF, source said,” NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted Saturday night during the Seahawks loss to the Raiders. “Kendricks visited the Niners this week and now is set to join a former rival.”

Kendricks was recently sentenced to one day in jail, three years of probation, and 300 hours of community service on his 2018 guilty plea to insider trading.

While awaiting sentencing, Kendricks spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons in Seattle and most of 2020 on the Seahawks practice squad before signing with Washington late last season.

49ers to sign free agent LB Mychal Kendricks

The #49ers are signing veteran LB Mychal Kendricks.

The 49ers are adding more help at linebacker. During San Francisco’s preseason loss Saturday evening, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported they’d be signing veteran linebacker Mychal Kendricks.

The Eagles took Kendricks in the second round of the 2012 draft. He spent six years with Philadelphia before moving on to the Seahawks where he played for two years, and he suited up for Washington in one game last year.

Kendricks pleaded guilty to insider trading charges in 2018 that led him to be released by the Browns, but Cleveland suspended him after the charges came down. He was suspended for eight games during the 2018 season. In July of this year he was sentenced to one day in jail plus three years of probation and 300 hours of community service.

The 49ers need some linebacker depth, and a veteran like Kendricks could help them in camp, but he’d have a real shot to make the club given the inexperience down the depth chart. Second-year undrafted free agent Jonas Griffith and journeyman LB James Burgess Jr. both started Saturday’s preseason opener. Former strong safety Marcell Harris and undrafted rookies Justin Hilliard and Elijah Sullivan also played with Fred Warner sitting out and Azeez Al-Shaair and Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles both out with injuries.

Kendricks has played in 104 games with 91 starts across nine years. He has 548 tackles, 52 tackles for loss, 19.0 sacks, four interceptions, 30 pass breakups and four forced fumbles.

San Francisco has a full roster, so adding Kendricks will require a corresponding move, although none has been announced.

LB Mychal Kendricks looking to resume NFL career; does he make sense for Washington?

Mychal Kendricks is a solid veteran linebacker who had six tackles in the playoff loss to Tampa Bay. He could be good depth for Washington at linebacker in 2021.

Free agent linebacker Mychal Kendricks was sentenced to one day in jail on Thursday after pleading guilty in 2018 to insider trading, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Kendricks also received 300 hours of community service and three years of probation. Kendricks originally faced up to 25 years in prison. The league suspended him for eight games in 2018.

The 30-year-old Kendricks spent part of the 2020 season with the Washington Football Team. He began the season with the Seattle Seahawks, going back and forth between the practice squad and active roster.

Washington signed Kendricks off Seattle’s practice squad in December. He started in Washington’s playoff loss to Tampa Bay and finished with six tackles.

Washington selected Jamin Davis in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. He will start. Cole Holcomb will also start. Jon Bostic or Khaleke Hudson will likely be Washington’s third linebacker.

Now that he is free to resume his NFL career, could Washington bring Kendricks back?

It would make sense.

Bostic is strictly an inside linebacker. Washington would like Davis to begin his career inside with Bostic in a reserve role. Kendricks could come to Washington as a backup with the potential to start. There is not a lot of starting experience beyond Holcomb and Bostic.

Kendricks has been a good linebacker throughout his career. If he is willing to return to Washington in a reserve role with the opportunity to compete, the team should not hesitate to bring him back.

With sentencing complete, Mychal Kendricks is free to return to NFL

Now that he has been sentenced on insider trading charges, former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks can resume his NFL career.

Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks is now available to return to his career as an NFL football player.

“Free-agent LB Mychal Kendricks was sentenced today to one day in jail, three years of probation, and 300 hours of community service for his 2018 guilty plea on insider-trading charges,” ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted Thursday. “Kendricks is now free to resume his NFL career immediately and he wants to continue playing.”

Kendricks was originally selected by the Eagles in the second round of the 2012 NFL draft out of Cal. After six seasons in Philadelphia, he requested a trade and was ultimately released. He then signed with the Browns but was cut shortly thereafter when his insider trading charges came down. Kendricks next signed with Seattle, where he played the 2018 and 2019 seasons. He spent 2020 mostly on the Seahawks practice squad.

The veteran linebacker could be a valid option for the Seahawks once again when the timing and price are right.

Washington is signing LB Mychal Kendricks off of Seahawks practice squad

Washington is adding some depth and reinforcements to their roster with the signing of former Seahawks LB Mychal Kendricks, who is likely to be available in Week 16 vs. the Panthers.

The Washington Football Team is adding some depth to their linebacker rotation, signing former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks off of the practice squad and adding him to the team.

According to The Washington Post‘s Nicki Jhabvala, Kendricks will fly private to Washington, making it so that he does not have to complete the 6 days of pre-entry COVID testing and is available to play in Week 16 against the Carolina Panthers.

This is a big signing for Washington, and one that we were hoping they would make over the offseason, and it comes at an important time too, with several of their linebackers banged up or injured. Washington will have a chance to clinch the NFC East division on Sunday with a win against the Panthers, and the defense will need reinforcements to get it done.

Seahawks elevate LB Ray-Ray Armstrong from practice squad

The Seattle Seahawks have elevated linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong from the practice squad ahead of the Week-7 contest against the Cardinals.

The Seattle Seahawks announced one roster move Saturday afternoon, the team has opted to elevated linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong from the practice squad.

The new rule for this year allows the elevation of up to two players per week, who are then available for the matchup. No corresponding moves are required and the elevated players will automatically revert back to the practice squad the following day without having to clear waivers. However, each player can only be elevated twice per season before having to be added to the active roster to play.

Seattle just signed Armstrong this week, on the same day the Seahawks signed linebacker Mychal Kendricks to the practice squad. Kendricks finished last season on the injured reserve as a result of a torn ACL.

Armstong originally entered the league in 2013 as an undrafted free agent out of Miami. Over his eight-year career, he has spent time with the 49ers, Giants, Raiders, Rams, Browns, Cowboys and Saints.

Seahawks sign linebacker Mychal Kendricks to practice squad

The Seahawks have signed linebacker Mychal Kendricks – who spent the last two seasons in Seattle – to the practice squad on Wednesday.

The Seattle Seahawks announced a number of roster moves on Wednesday, including the return of another familiar face, signing linebacker Mychal Kendricks to the practice squad.

Kendricks spent the last two years in Seattle and finished 2019 on the injured reserve after tearing his ACL. He started 14 games for the Seahawks last season, logging 71 tackles, 3.0 sacks and one interception.

“We were fortunate to get him on our practice squad right now,” coach Pete Carroll told reporters during his press conference. “He’s still a free agent and all that but he’s on his road to recovery right now, coming back in and proving he can do it.”

Kendricks had reportedly visited the Seahawks earlier in the month.

Seattle also signed another veteran linebacker to the practice squad, Ray-Ray Armstrong. Armstrong, who has spent time with the Cowboys, 49ers, Giants, Raiders, Rams and Browns over his eight years in the league, has appeared in 84 games.

Finally, the Seahawks have promoted safety Damarious Randall from the practice squad to take the spot of Lano Hill, who has been placed on the injured reserve.
