COMMIT: LSU lands top 2025 IOL Tyler Miller

The Tigers added to their potentially elite 2025 class on Sunday.

LSU is off to a blazing start on the recruiting trail to begin the 2025 cycle, and it has added another top 100 recruit to its list of commitments.

On Sunday, the Tigers secured a pledge from four-star Laurel (Mississippi) offensive lineman [autotag]Tyler Miller[/autotag] over in-state Ole Miss, Mississippi State and others that included Florida.

On3’s industry rankings have Miller as the No. 71 player in the class and No. 3 interior offensive lineman. On3’s own rankings are higher on him, slotting him in the top 40 overall and as the top player at his position.

That gives LSU commitments from the top quarterback, running back, receiver and interior offensive lineman in the 2025 class.

LSU’s 11-man 2025 class ranks first nationally.

Mississippi State is the prohibitive favorite for Caleb Cunningham.

Joining the Tigers are AlabamaAuburnFlorida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Cunningham ranks as the No. 11 player nationally and No. 2 receiver, according to the On3 industry rankings. The Tigers have suffered some recent losses on the trail, but they beat out a pair of division foes for this Hattiesburg, Mississippi, prospect.

After taking a couple of recent losses in the 2024 recruiting class, including a four-star cornerback in Ondre Evans, the Tigers got their class back up to 24 commits with the addition of [autotag]PJ Woodland[/autotag] on Sunday night.

4-star wide receiver Noreel White announces commitment date

Four-star 2024 wide receiver Noreel White set his commitment date on social media.

Four-star 2024 wide receiver [autotag]Noreel White[/autotag] set his commitment date on social media. He has trimmed his final list of schools to four, all of which are SEC schools. LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Mississippi State made the final cut.

White originally committed to Arkansas on March 13, but he decommitted from the Razorbacks on Aug. 1. That opened the door for LSU, Ole Miss and Mississippi State to make another push for him before his senior season started.

White is from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, where he plays for St. Martin High School. You can see why Lane Kiffin is working so hard to try to keep him in the state. The Rebels have received a Crystal Ball projection to land him per 247Sports, and they are now a 94% favorite to land him per On3.

As we know, [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] knows a thing or two about taking guys away from Ole Miss. Maybe he will do it again.

LSU cracks the final 2 for 4-star Mississippi cornerback

The Tigers seem to have a lot of ground to make up as Mississippi State is the heavy favorite to land PJ Woodland.

LSU became a late player in the recruitment of four-star Hattiesburg (Miss.) Oak Grove athlete [autotag]PJ Woodland[/autotag].

Coach [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] and Co. didn’t offer him until May 16, but they’ve apparently made a fast impression on the 2024 prospect.

On Thursday, Woodland announced that he was down to just two schools: LSU and in-state Mississippi State. Ranked as the No. 356 player in the nation per 247Sports, the 5-foot-11 prospect likely projects as a cornerback.

LSU has a lot of ground to make up here. The Bulldogs have long been the favorite, receiving a pair of Crystal Ball predictions back in February and March. They also lead for Woodland per On3 by a wide margin at 94.2%.

The Tigers have clearly become a factor in the race, but it seems likely that Woodland will be heading to Starkville.

LSU set to receive June visit from 4-star 2025 QB

The Tigers are looking to add another signal-caller in the 2025 cycle.

With the advent of the transfer portal, signing a quarterback in every recruiting class is beginning to feel like a necessity.

LSU added [autotag]Rickie Collins[/autotag] in 2023, and Colin Hurley’s commitment in the 2024 class seems to be rock-solid. Hurley was a 2025 prospect who reclassified, and now it seems the Tigers may be looking to target another prospect in that class.

Four-star Lucedale (Miss.) George County passer [autotag]Deuce Knight[/autotag] recently set an official visit to LSU on June 7. Knight ranks as the No. 85 player nationally in the On3 industry rankings, and while LSU is making a push, TCU, Auburn, Tennessee, Notre Dame and in-state Ole Miss all seem to be stronger contenders.

LSU will hope that visit is able to change things. The Tigers have two commits in the 2025 class currently.
