4-star wide receiver Noreel White announces commitment date

Four-star 2024 wide receiver Noreel White set his commitment date on social media.

Four-star 2024 wide receiver [autotag]Noreel White[/autotag] set his commitment date on social media. He has trimmed his final list of schools to four, all of which are SEC schools. LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Mississippi State made the final cut.

White originally committed to Arkansas on March 13, but he decommitted from the Razorbacks on Aug. 1. That opened the door for LSU, Ole Miss and Mississippi State to make another push for him before his senior season started.

White is from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, where he plays for St. Martin High School. You can see why Lane Kiffin is working so hard to try to keep him in the state. The Rebels have received a Crystal Ball projection to land him per 247Sports, and they are now a 94% favorite to land him per On3.

As we know, [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] knows a thing or two about taking guys away from Ole Miss. Maybe he will do it again.

Arkansas adds 4-star wide receiver Noreel White to their class of 2024

On Monday, St. Martin (MS) four-star wide receiver Noreel White announced his commitment to Nebraska.

On Monday, St. Martin (MS) four-star wide receiver Noreel White announced his commitment to Nebraska.

According to 247Sports, White (5-foot-11, 170 pounds) also had offers from Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Southern Miss and UNLV. White’s commitment is a surprise and a blow to Mississippi in particular. On3’s prediction model had Ole Miss as a 91.4% favorite to get him.

Arkansas is getting an extremely versatile playmaker who can impact both sides of the ball. While he’s listed as wide receiver, he plays multiple positions. This past season he scored five rushing touchdowns, caught eight touchdown passes and recorded three interceptions, per MaxPreps.

White is the second big addition for Arkansas over the last several days. They also added Memphis University School (Tenn.) defensive lineman Dion Stutts over the weekend, who was also favored to go to Ole Miss.

Rivals has White ranked No. 47 among wide receivers in his class and No. 13 overall in the state.

The Mississippi schools are recruiting Noreel White very hard, but the Tigers will hope to bring him to Louisiana.

[autotag]Noreel White[/autotag] was previously slated to announce his commitment on Feb. 7, but he decided to delay that decision due to him not being able to take all of the visits he thought he was going to for junior days.

He recently released his top five, LSU made the list along with Florida State, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Arkansas. White received one crystal ball projection and it was to Ole Miss. Lane Kiffin and the Rebels are also listed as the favorite by On3 at 96%.

White is from Ocean Springs, Mississippi where he plays for St. Martin High School. Being one of the best players in the state of Mississippi, you can see why Ole Miss and Mississippi State don’t want to let that top talent get away.

4-star Mississippi receiver announces commitment date

Noreel White is closing in on a decision.

2024 four-star wide receiver [autotag]Noreel White[/autotag] from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, has announced his commitment date. The talented athlete will be committing on Feb. 7.

He recently released his top four schools as we get closer to February, but he has since deleted the tweet. The four teams that were in the tweet were LSU, Florida State, Ole Miss and Mississippi State. It’s no surprise to see both of the SEC Mississippi teams on the list as they try to keep one of the best in the state at home.

With the transfer portal and recruiting there is no telling what the LSU wide receiver room will look like for the 2024 season. [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] is trying to find the best players in the country to fill those spots and White is one of them.

LSU is considered a 37% favorite to land White per On3, but Ole Miss has received a Crystal Ball projection on 247Sports.
