The Georgia Bulldogs have landed their third commitment in the class of 2021 in defensive tackle Marlin Dean. Dean is an in-state prospect, who plays high school football at Elbert County High School in Elberton, Georgia.
Dean is a three star recruit. He joins David Daniel and five-star quarterback Brock Vandagriff as the University of Georgia’s third commitment in the class of 2021.
Dean announced his decision via Twitter:

Dean, who is 6-6, 265 pounds has excellent length at defensive tackle. Dean is an All-Region First Team and All-State player at the high school level. Dean will look to add some solid weight before he joins Kirby Smart and Georgia in Athens.
With the class of 2021, Georgia will look to secure elite in-state talent as best as possible. UGA secured just two of the top ten talents in the state of Georgia in the class of 2020. The Dawgs were able to go into Florida and secure two of their top ten players. Ultimately, Georgia landed an uber-talented class of 2020 and will branch out far beyond in-state prospects in 2021.
