FAU trolled Kansas State by playing the Wildcats’ pregame playlist during Elite Eight locker room celebration

Florida Atlantic got some incredible trolling in on Kansas State after its Elite Eight win.

The Florida Atlantic Owls didn’t let beating Kansas State in the Elite Eight keep them from getting a little trolling in after the game.

After FAU topped Kansas State for a spot in the Final Four, 79-76, a video showed the team dancing and clapping along to rap artist Lil Baby in the locker room.

It was a way to poke fun at Kansas State’s pregame tradition of getting hyped by clapping along to Lil Baby’s song “Low Down.” In today’s social media age, it’s impossible for traditions like that not to go viral.

It’s also hard to avoid some playful trolling when you’re playing a team with that tradition, which is what FAU capitalized on after Saturday’s win.

FAU will now prepare to compete as only the third No. 9 seed in men’s NCAA tournament history to make the Final Four.

Can the Owls continue to shock the world during this March Madness? Time will certainly tell.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft busts out dance moves with rapper Lil Baby

Who knew Robert Kraft had moves like this?

Even in his golden years, Robert Kraft continues to prove to be the life of the party.

The 81-year-old New England Patriots owner spent Super Bowl Sunday on the dance floor at the Fanatics party in Arizona with Grammy Award-winning rap artist Lil Baby.

Granted, he probably would have preferred to be watching the Patriots representing the AFC in the big game instead of the Kansas City Chiefs. There’s always a different kind of vibe as a mere spectator without the pressure of an entire season on the line.

However, Kraft was taking it all in, one dance step at a time, to close out a season where the Patriots failed to make the playoffs.

Here’s to hoping Kraft will have a chance to dance to the success of the Patriots in 2023 with the arrival of newly-hired offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien and expected offensive line coach Adrian Klemm.

Addressing those two trouble spots on the staff could turn water to wine on a Patriots team that was still only one win away from clinching a postseason berth.

Lil Baby tells story of losing $600K gambling with Drake, Meek Mill, James Harden and Michael Rubin

The Grammy winner dished on his gambling habit, including one big loss in the Bahamas.

Lil Baby is undeniably one of the hottest artists in music right now.

The Grammy award-winner’s latest offering released Oct. 14, It’s Only Me, became his third album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and his sixth straight project in the top 10.

But while he can’t seem to lose in music, he’s not immune to the same defeats all serial gamblers frequently suffer. Actually, his success in music means his losses are bigger.

In a recent episode of Complex’s 360 With Speedy Morman, Baby told a story about losing $600,000 gambling in the Bahamas with Drake, Meek Mill, James Harden and former 76ers owner Michael Rubin.

This particular loss still burns judging by the look on his face.

Later in the interview, Baby said that’s not even his worse loss.

“The say you’re gonna lose more than you win, but over time you can’t even remember,” he said. “That’s the crazy part. You don’t even know [if you’re up or down].”

To be fair to Baby, he apparently has plenty of big wins to offset his losses. He said he won $2 million playing Baccarat in Las Vegas.

“I win all the time. I lose all the time too. … I just feel like if I’m lucky today, I’m lucky. If I’m not, I’m not,” he said.

It sounds like Baby is giving Drake a run for his money when it comes to rappers who gamble. Drake, of course, frequently posts to social media his wins on Stake, the crypto betting site he partners with.

Rubin, the CEO of Fanatics, recently sold his stake in the company that owns the 76ers and New Jersey Devils, due to conflicts with Fanatics’ expansion into sports betting.

James Harden frisked by police in Paris during incident involving Lil Baby

Lil Baby was arrested by French police in Paris on Thursday, and Nets star James Harden was frisked, but not detained.

Nets star James Harden is having an eventful trip to France during his offseason. After being swarmed by paparazzi in a moment that made for a viral video, Harden was stopped by French police on Thursday in a separate incident.

James Harden was briefly searched after police smelled cannabis in a nearby car belonging to Harden’s friend, rapper Lil Baby. Lil Baby was arrested for transporting narcotics after police found more than 20 grams of cannabis, which is an illegal substance in France.

According to an ABC News report, Lil Baby was released from custody on Friday and was fined. One other individual, suspected to be Lil Baby’s bodyguard per a USA TODAY report, was also detained.

James Harden and Lil Baby have priceless reaction to paparazzi in Paris

James Harden and Lil Baby were caught off guard by paparazzi in Paris.

Nets star James Harden has been making moves as of late. Although he’s recovering from a hamstring strain, that doesn’t mean he can’t have some fun. Harden took a trip to France along with his friend, rapper Lil Baby, for Paris Fashion Week. At the event, the two were ambushed by paparazzi. In this video you can just see how much this caught them off guard.

We get it. The Beard and Lil Baby are superstars in America, but to get the same treatment across the globe? That says a lot. It goes to show how much of an impact they have made in the world. Their most recent project, the Voice of the Heroes album, has been streamed more than 176 million times. What else did the two expect when they got to France?

James Harden bought Lil Baby a Prada bag full of honey buns for his birthday

A bag full of honey buns with a honey bun!

I’ve always wondered what people with a lot of money buy each other for their birthdays.

Seriously. Think about that. What could someone who has already bought everything they could possibly want actually want for their birthday? Nine times out of 10, they probably already bought it.

James Harden figured something out, though, clearly.

Thursday was Harden’s friend, and superstar rapper, Lil Baby’s birthday. So, naturally, as a friend, Harden got his pal a birthday gift.

What was that gift? A Prada bag (because he’s “Prada” him, according to Lil Baby), $100,000, a Richard Mille watch and a whole bunch of honey buns. Yes, honey buns.

That’s, like, $300,000 worth of gifts for Lil Baby. He was ecstatic. No idea how he’s eating all of those honey buns, but he was thrilled to have them.

*Warning: There is some NSFW language in this video*

“He gave me a Prada bag, because he Prada me. Full of honey buns, with a honey bun. You know what I’m saying?”

Man. That James Harden, y’all. What a pal.
