A frequent supporter of Kansas City-area charities, Chiefs center Creed Humphrey is known for his generosity in the local community.

In partnership with Sleep Number, the All-Pro lineman welcomed a military family to Arrowhead Stadium recently and took them on a tour of the Hall of Honor, locker room, and even the field.

Take a look at the heartwarming visit, which was posted by the Chiefs on Twitter:

Though Humphrey spent his time giving back to Kansas City families this week, he will undoubtedly be prepared for the Chiefs’ matchup against Las Vegas on Friday.

Chiefs elevate replacement kicker ahead of Week 13 matchup vs. Raiders

The Kansas City #Chiefs elevated a kicker from their practice squad on Thursday.

The Kansas City Chiefs have dealt with significant adversity due to injuries all season, and with a Week 13 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders scheduled on Black Friday, the defending Super Bowl champions are set to rely on Matthew Wright to be their starting kicker.

Wright signed a practice squad contract with the Chiefs earlier this week after Spencer Shrader suffered a hamstring injury that affected his ability to practice.

Shrader was a replacement himself and was initially acquired by Kansas City after Harrison Butker was placed on the Chiefs’ injured reserve list earlier this month.

See the team’s official announcement about Wright’s elevation below:

Wright previously played with Kansas City in 2022, when he was a part of the Chiefs’ run to Super Bowl LVII and played collegiately at the University of Central Florida, where he holds the school’s all-time scoring record.

Stay tuned to see how long Wright will maintain his role as Kansas City’s starting kicker.

Chiefs activate two stars from injured reserve, both expected to play in Week 13 vs. Raiders

The Kansas City #Chiefs will get some significant reinforcements for their Week 13 matchup against the Las Vegas #Raiders on Black Friday.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be getting some much-needed reinforcements in Week 13 for their matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders on Black Friday.

In a post to Twitter on Thursday, the Chiefs announced that they had officially activated running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive lineman Charles Omenihu from their injured reserve list, paving the way for Kansas City’s stars to make a triumphant return to the field.

Pacheco was injured in Week 2 during the Chiefs’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Omenihu suffered a knee injury during Kansas City’s playoff run earlier this year and has not yet seen action in the Chiefs’ 2024 campaign.

It is unclear what role Pacheco and Omenihu will play for Kansas City in Week 13, but the Chiefs will benefit from their return, even if the team decides to ease the veterans back into action.

Stay tuned to see how Pacheco and Omenihu factor into Kansas City’s game plan for the Raiders.
