Linebacker recruit Jalon Walker is ready to commit to a college football program. On Nov. 6, Walker put the University of Georgia among his latest edition of top schools.
Now, Walker has scheduled his commitment date for March 28.
Walker is rated a four-star outside linebacker recruit. He plays football for Salisbury High School. Salisbury is a small town north of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Walker is a rising senior in high school and is a member of the class of 2022. He measures 6 feet, 2 inches and weighs 220 pounds, which is solid size for a linebacker.
Kirby Smart and Georgia are one of the top destinations for elite linebacker recruits in college football. The Georgia Bulldogs are deep at the position, but the Dawgs are likely losing Adam Anderson and possibly more to the 2022 NFL draft.
Walker has received scholarship offers from FSU, LSU, Tennessee, Oregon, Clemson and Texas among others.
Walker will decide among UNC, Auburn, Clemson, Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State this month. The four-star linebacker announced his commitment date via his Twitter account:

Will Walker be the next great linebacker to play for the Georgia Bulldogs? The four-star is projected to commit to the Clemson Tigers.
