The University of Georgia football program offered a scholarship to offensive tackle recruit Jacob Hood back in Oct. 2020. Hood is a member of the class of 2022. He has enormous height at 6-foot-8 and weighs in at 330 pounds.
Jacob Hood plays football for Hillsboro High School in Nashville, Tennessee. Hood is rated as a three-star recruit by many of the major recruiting sites. He’s considered the No. 38 offensive tackle in his class
LSU, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and more have all offered Hood a scholarship. Hood is a junior in high school at the moment.

The three-star offensive tackle puts Georgia, Tennessee, Georgia Tech, LSU, Baylor, and Mississippi State in his top schools.

Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs had a pair of offensive linemen selected in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft. Matt Luke and UGA had one of the top offensive line recruiting classes in the country once again in 2021. Georgia is establishing itself as one of the best destinations in the country for offensive line prospects.
