Indiana Pacers at Philadelphia 76ers odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Monday’s Indiana Pacers at Philadelphia 76ers odds and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (1-2) will face the Philadelphia 76ers (0-3) on Monday at the Wells Fargo Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Pacers vs. 76ers odds, and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.

The Pacers recorded their 1st win of the season on Saturday against the Detroit Pistons, covering the 1.5-point spread in a 124-115 victory. Rookie F Bennedict Mathurin has been a bright spot for Indiana to begin the season with averages of 24 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2 assists per game in the first 3 games.

The 76ers have had a disastrous start to the season with 3 consecutive losses, including a disappointing 114-105 loss to the rebuilding San Antonio Spurs on Saturday. Philadelphia has gotten a solid start from veteran G James Harden, who is averaging 26 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 9.3 assists per game.

Pacers at 76ers picks and predictions

Prediction

76ers 118, Pacers 111

Moneyline

Just AVOID wagering on the moneyline in this contest with the 76ers being massive favorites at home. Taking Philadelphia straight up isn’t worth the risk given the minimal return you’ll receive if the 76ers defeat the Pacers.

Against the spread

PACERS +11.5 (-108) is where I’ll go in this game with Indiana playing competitive basketball to begin the season. Meanwhile, the 76ers have yet to show they can win handily against the inferior teams in the NBA after losing to the Spurs in their last game.

The Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings with the 76ers. On top of that, Philadelphia is 0-5 ATS in its last 5 games.

Over/Under

Give me OVER 229.5 (-110) as the Pacers have capable scorers while C Joel Embiid should have no issues scoring with Turner ruled out. The 76ers have also gotten solid contributions from Harden and G Tyrese Maxey to begin the season.

The Over is 9-1 in Indiana’s last 10 games overall. Also, the Over is 6-1 in the last 7 meetings between these 2 teams and the Over is 9-3 in the last 12 meetings when the Pacers face the 76ers in Philadelphia.

Indiana Pacers at Boston Celtics odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Monday’s Indiana Pacers at Boston Celtics and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (15-25) visit Beantown Monday for a 7:30 p.m. ET tip-off with the Boston Celtics (19-21) at TD Garden. Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Celtics odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Indiana snapped its six-game losing skid Saturday by upsetting the Utah Jazz 125-113 as a 5-point home underdog.

The Pacers are 1-5 straight-up (SU), 3-2-1 ATS and 3-3 O/U over the last two weeks with the 18th-ranked non-garbage time net rating at minus-3.3 points per 100 possessions, according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Boston put an end to its two-game losing skid after walloping the New York Knicks 99-75, getting revenge after the Knicks beat the Celtics two nights prior.

The Celtics are 3-4 SU, 2-5 ATS and 3-4 O/U in the last 14 days with the 13th-best non-garbage time net rating at plus-2.7 points per 100 possessions, per CTG.

Pacers at Celtics odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Celtics 110, Pacers 100

Money line

PASS even though I expect Boston to win handily because the Celtics (-270) is too rich for my blood despite that Indiana has been terrible on the road this season.

The Pacers are 3-15 SU and 7-11 ATS in away games with the 22nd-ranked adjusted net rating at minus-4.2 points per 100 possessions and the third-worst spread differential at a minus-2.5 ATS margin (CTG).

Against the spread

BET the CELTICS -6.5 (-107) for 1 unit because of Indiana’s aforementioned road game woes, Boston matches up well with the Pacers stylistically and the Celtics have taken early steam by the betting market.

Boston runs isolation offense at the fourth-highest rate and has the seventh-best offensive efficiency in isolation while Indiana has the sixth-worst defensive efficiency versus iso-ball.

Furthermore, Boston’s two All-Star wings Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown like to operate out of isolation sets and in the mid-range, which is a soft spot for Indiana’s defense. Simply put, Indiana doesn’t have anyone on the wing that can check Tatum or Brown.

The Celtics also attempt the 13th-highest rate of mid-range field goals and the Pacers have the fourth-worst defensive field goal percentage versus mid-range jumpers (CTG).

This is a bad spot for Indiana who’s 0-4-1 ATS in its last five road games and 2-6-2 ATS in its last 10 games versus Boston.

Lastly, the Celtics opened up as 6-point favorites but have been steamed up to the current price by early sharp action.

BET the CELTICS -6.5 (-107).

Over/Under

BET UNDER 213.5 (-115) for 1 unit because the Celtics are 1-5 O/U in their last six as home favorites, the Pacers are 1-9 O/U in their last 10 games as road underdogs and both teams play at a bottom seven pace.

The UNDER 213.5 (-108) has been bet by sharp money as the Pacers-Celtics game opened with a 215.5-point total according to Pregame.com, and has been lowered to the current price. This Under action is despite five of the past six Pacers-Celtics meetings going Over the total.

Utah Jazz at Indiana Pacers odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Saturday’s Utah Jazz at Indiana Pacers and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (14-25) host the Utah Jazz (28-11), who is on the second of a back-to-back, Saturday at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Jazz vs. Pacers odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Utah lost last night (Friday) at the Toronto Raptors 122-108, barely losing ATS as 13.5-point road underdogs. However, the Jazz were missing several key players including guards Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley and big Rudy Gobert.

Over the past two weeks, the Jazz are 6-2 straight-up (SU), 3-4-1 ATS and 4-4 O/U with the 11th-best adjusted net rating at plus-4.4 points per 100 possessions, according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Indiana is on a six-game losing streak with the latest being a 129-121 loss at home to the Brooklyn Nets in Kyrie Irving’s return. But, the Pacers barely covered as 8.5-point home underdogs.

In the last 14 days, the Pacers are 2-3-1 ATS and 2-4 O/U in the midst of their six-game losing streak. Indiana has the 22nd-ranked adjusted net rating at minus-6.3 points per 100 possessions, per CTG.

The Pacers (+11.5) upset the Jazz 111-100 in Utah Nov. 11 and the Under has cashed in four straight Jazz-Pacers meetings.

Jazz at Pacers odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Pacers 116, Jazz 113

Money line

PASS because there’s too much uncertainty with Utah’s injury report at the moment and Indiana’s money line payout isn’t fat enough. Also, the Jazz are 13-3 SU as a road favorite and the Pacers are 1-5 SU as a home underdog.

Against the spread

“LEAN” to the PACERS +3.5 (-107) because there’s reverse line movement towards Indiana in the betting market and this is a slightly better spot for the Pacers.

According to Pregame.com, roughly 85% of the action is on Utah but Indiana has gone from a 4-point underdog on the opener to the current price. It’s a red flag whenever the sportsbooks make the more popular side cheaper.

Furthermore, the Pacers are 4-2 ATS as a home underdog, 8-4 ATS at home versus teams with a winning record and 7-2 ATS versus the Western Conference.

That said, I only “LEAN” to the PACERS +3.5 (-107) because the Jazz are 11-7 ATS in away games with a plus-5.0 ATS margin and have the best adjusted net rating on the road at plus-9.7 points per 100 possessions (CTG).

Over/Under

Since we know Gobert and Ingles are definitely sidelined with COVID for this game, I’d BET the OVER 225.5 (-108).

Gobert grades in the 97th percentile of bigs in adjusted on/off defensive rating (first on Utah) and Ingles grades in the 86th percentile of forwards (third on Utah), per CTG.

Obviously, Gobert’s absence makes a much bigger difference since he’s the reigning, and three-time, Defensive Player of the Year.

Also, the OVER 225.5 (-108) has been steamed up from the 220-point opener despite the Under cashing in four straight Jazz-Pacers meetings.

For what it’s worth, the OVER 225.5 (-108) is my favorite wager in this contest.

Indiana Pacers at New York Knicks odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Tuesday’s Indiana Pacers at New York Knicks and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (14-23) travel to the Big Apple Tuesday for a 7:30 p.m. ET game against the New York Knicks (17-20) at Madison Square Garden. Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Knicks odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Indiana has lost four straight with the most recent being a 108-104 loss at the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday, pushing as a 4-point road underdog.

The Pacers are 1-5 straight-up (SU), 2-3-1 ATS and 3-3 O/U over the past two weeks with the 24th-ranked adjusted net rating at minus-5.5 points per 100 possessions, according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

New York has lost back-to-back road games at the Oklahoma City Thunder  95-80 on New Year’s Eve and at the Toronto Raptors 120-105 Sunday.

The Knicks are 4-3 SU, 4-3 ATS and 2-5 O/U in the last 14 days with the 12th-best adjusted net rating at plus-1.8 points per 100 possessions, per CTG.

These teams split the first two meetings of the season with the home team winning and covering both.

Pacers at Knicks odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Knicks 105, Pacers 101

Money line

BET the KNICKS (-117) because Indiana’s absences loom larger than New York’s. The Pacers are missing three of their top-four players in terms of adjusted on/off net rating in LeVert, Lamb and Brogdon (CTG).

While the absence of Randle definitely lowers New York’s ceiling in the long term, Randle hasn’t made a big difference thus far.

Randle ranks in the first percentile of adjusted on/off net rating for forwards at minus-19.5 points per 100 possessions (CTG) and his replacement in the starting 5 — PF Obi Toppin — grades in the 97th percentile in adjusted on/off net rating at plus-16.9 points per 100 possessions (CTG).

Furthermore, Kemba’s and DRose’s injuries have led to the emergence of rookie Knicks PG Miles McBride and the increased usage of Knicks SG Alec Burks.

McBride has only clocked 111 minutes of action but he grades in the 99th percentile of point guards in on/off net rating at plus-26.5 points per 100 possessions and Burks grades in the 79th percentile of wings in adjusted on/off net rating at plus-6.0 points per 100 possessions (CTG).

Indiana has also been awful on the road this season. The Pacers are 3-14 SU and 7-10 ATS on the road with the 21st-ranked adjusted net rating and 26th-ranked spread differential (CTG).

BET the KNICKS (-117).

Against the spread

PASS since New York’s money line is only 9 cents on the dollar more expensive than the Knicks -1.5 (-108). There’s no point in fussing with the spread when the money line is this cheap comparatively.

Over/Under

“LEAN” to the UNDER 206.5 (-112) for a half-unit because most of the trends suggest this will be a low-scoring game and both teams play at a bottom seven pace.

Indiana has gone Under the total in eight of its past nine as a road underdog and New York has gone Under the total in its last four games as a favorite and four of the past five games overall. Both teams are also missing key ball handlers that help each side get into their offensive sets.

My hesitation with the UNDER 206.5 (-112) is that it feels too easy.

The Indiana Pacers (14-22) visit the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Sunday for a 6 p.m. ET game with the Cleveland Cavaliers (20-16). Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Cavaliers odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Cleveland has also lost four of five and three straight games (1-4 ATS) with a 3-2 O/U. The past three losses have come against the New Orleans Pelicans, Washington Wizards and Atlanta Hawks.

Pacers at Cavaliers odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Cavaliers 108, Pacers 103

Money line

PASS with a heavy “lean” to the Cavaliers (-145) because I like Cleveland in this spot and am willing to lay the points.

But given how terribly Cleveland has played recently and some of its costly injuries, the -145 is a little out of my price range.

However, I do endorse BETTING the CAVALIERS (-135) FIRST-HALF MONEY LINE because they have played well in the first half of their past three losses before squandering those games in the second half.

Over the past three games, the Cavs have a plus-6.0 first-half scoring margin but a minus-14.0 worst second-half scoring margin. The Pacers have a minus-11.0 first-half scoring margin during their current three-game slide.

The CAVALIERS (-135) FIRST-HALF MONEY LINE is my favorite wager in this game.

Against the spread

“LEAN” to the CAVALIERS -2.5 (-120) only because their first-half money line is my favorite wager in this contest.

What should be a strength for Indiana in this game – backcourt/guard play – has been neutralized by a COVID-19 outbreak. The No. 2 and No. 3 Pacers in terms of adjusted on/off net rating – Brogdon and Lamb – are sidelined on the NBA’s health and safety protocols.

Furthermore, the Pacers have been awful on the road this season. Indiana is 3-13 SU on the road with the 21st-ranked non-garbage time net rating at minus-3.9 points per 100 possessions and the fourth-worst spread differential at a minus-2.5 ATS margin.

Again, it’s more of a “LEAN” to the CAVALIERS -2.5 (-120), but Cleveland is definitely the right side in this game.

Over/Under

PASS since my prediction aligns pretty closely to Tipico‘s projected total, so there’s no value in betting the O/U. If anything, I’d lean to the Under, but all the value has been sucked out of that number.

The look-ahead total for the Pacers-Hornets was set at 214, but all the Under money has steamed the total down to the current price, so we’d be getting the worst of the number.

There was value in Under 214, but there is no value in Under 210.5 (-115).

Charlotte Hornets at Indiana Pacers odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Wednesday’s Charlotte Hornets at Indiana Pacers and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (14-20) host the Charlotte Hornets (18-17) Wednesday at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a 7 p.m. ET tip-off. Below, we look at the Hornets vs. Pacers odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Charlotte has won back-to-back games over the Denver Nuggets 115-107 Thursday and the Houston Rockets 123-99 Monday.

Over the past two weeks, the Hornets are 3-3 straight-up (SU), 4-2 ATS and 3-3 O/U with the 18th-ranked adjusted net rating (plus-0.5 points per 100 possessions), according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Indiana has alternated between winning and losing its past five games with the latest being a 113-105 loss at the Chicago Bulls Sunday.

The Pacers are 2-3 SU, 1-4 ATS and 3-2 O/U in the last 14 days with the 22nd-ranked adjusted net rating (minus-6.1 points per 100 possessions), per CTG.

The Hornets have won and covered their first two games this season against the Pacers and the Over has cashed in three straight Hornets-Pacers meetings.

Slight “LEAN” to the PACERS (-155) only because I’m confident enough in Indiana to lay the points instead of spending exorbitantly for the money line.

However, the Pacers have outscored the Hornets in five of the eight quarters they’ve played this season. Plus Indiana held an edge in three of the “four factors” in its second game with Charlotte and split the “four factors” in the first.

Furthermore, the Pacers actually have a higher adjusted net rating than the Hornets; and Indiana has the highest win differential at -4.5 (CTG), which essentially states that the Pacers should have 4.5 additional wins.

I like the PACERS (-155) to prevent getting swept this season by a Hornets (+125) team that is not better than them.

Against the spread

BET 1 unit on the PACERS -3.5 (-108) as my favorite bet in this game because they play much better at home than on the road.

For instance, Indiana is 11-7 SU at home with the eighth-best adjusted net rating at plus-6.1 points per 100 possessions and the eighth-best ATS margin (CTG).

On the other hand, the Hornets struggle on the road: Charlotte is 9-13 SU in away games with the 19th-ranked adjusted net rating at minus-3.0 points per 100 possessions and the 19th-ranked ATS margin (CTG).

Also, Indiana is a much better rebounding team than Charlotte. In fact, the Pacers have a plus-2.8 rebound-per-game margin while the Hornets have a minus-4.7 rebound-per-game margin.

GIMME the PACERS -3.5 (-108).

Over/Under

Slight “LEAN” to the OVER 228.5 (-110) since Indiana has several Under-friendly trends, Charlotte has played to the Over at the highest rate in the NBA, the past three Hornets-Pacers games have gone Over the total and there’s been a sharp line move towards the Over.

Indiana Pacers at Chicago Bulls odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Sunday’s Indiana Pacers at Chicago Bulls and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (14-19) travel to the Windy City Sunday for an 8 p.m. game against the Chicago Bulls (19-10) at the United Center. Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Bulls odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Indiana has alternated between winning and losing over the past four games with the latest being a 118-106 victory over the Houston Rockets Thursday.

Over the past two weeks, the Pacers are 2-3 straight-up (SU), 2-3 ATS and 3-2 O/U with the 22nd-ranked non-garbage time net rating (minus-5.5 points per 100 possessions), according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Chicago has had several games postponed recently, including its last two, due to a COVID outbreak. But, the Bulls beat the Rockets, 133-118, Monday, covering as 7.5-point home favorites.

The Bulls are 2-0 SU, 1-1 ATS and 2-0 O/U in their last two weeks with the third-best non-garbage time net rating (plus-12.2 points per 100 possessions), per CTG.

The Pacers stomped the Bulls, 109-77, as 1.5-point underdogs in Chicago in their first meeting Nov. 22.

Pacers at Bulls odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Pacers 112, Bulls 109

Money line

Slight “LEAN” to the PACERS (+250) for a tiny wager, if at all, because I like Indiana plus the points in this spot, and that payout is too fat to pass up.

The Bulls haven’t played a lot recently and weren’t at full strength during those games anyhow. I could see the Bulls needing a game or two before finding their rhythm and the Pacers stealing this game outright.

Against the spread

Definitely BET the PACERS +6.5 (-102), heavier than or instead of, their money line.

Indiana has been bet by sharp money early, in fact, the Pacers opened up as 8.5-point underdogs before being steamed down to the current number.

Also, this is just a “better spot” for Indiana who has covered four straight vs. the Bulls in Chicago and has covered six of its past seven games as a road underdog.

Over/Under

PASS with a slight “lean” to the Over 218.5 (-112) because the Over has cashed in five of the past seven Pacers-Bulls meetings.

However, we’d be getting to the party way late on the Over since the total has been increased from the 215.5-point opener. Plus Indiana has gone Under the total in seven straight as a road underdog.

Indiana Pacers at Miami Heat odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Tuesday’s Indiana Pacers at Miami Heat odds and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (13-18) head to South Beach Tuesday for a 7:30 p.m. game against the Miami Heat (18-13) at FTX Arena. Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Heat odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

Indiana snapped a two-game losing skid Thursday by beating the Detroit Pistons 122-113 but failed to cover as a 10.5-point home favorite.

The Pacers are 3-2 straight-up (SU), 3-2 ATS and 2-3 O/U the last two weeks with the sixth-best non-garbage time net rating (plus-5.4 points per 100 possessions), according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Miami had its two-game win streak snapped with a 100-90 loss at the Pistons as a 6.5-point favorite. The Heat is 4-2 SU, 4-2 ATS and 2-4 O/U over the last 14 days with the seventh-ranked non-garbage time net rating (plus-4.9 points per 100 possessions), per CTG.

These teams are tied 1-1 SU and ATS in their regular-season series heading into the rubber match and both sides of the total has cashed.

Pacers at Heat odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Pacers 108, Heat 97

Money line

TAKE the PACERS (-125) for 1 unit because they have a higher rebounding rate and better ball security. Indiana also led Miami in all “four factors” in their first meeting this season and in three of the “four factors” in the second.

The Heat are definitely without three of their starters and could be without Sixth Man of the Year candidate, Herro.

Butler has only played in one game this month and Miami is 22nd in non-garbage time net rating (minus-3.0 points per 100 possessions) in December (CTG). Compare that to Indiana who’s eighth in non-garbage time net rating this month (plus-2.6 points per 100 possessions).

The Pacers are not only playing better but are the more well-rested team. Indiana hasn’t played since Dec. 16 whereas Miami last played Sunday.

GIMME the PACERS (-125).

Against the spread

PASS on the Pacers -1.5 (-115) since Indiana’s money line is only 10 cents on the dollar more expensive. For what it’s worth, the Pacers are 6-8 ATS on the road and the Heat are 8-4 ATS at home.

However, Indiana is 5-2 ATS on the road versus teams with a winning record and 3-2-1 ATS and a plus-4.9 spread differential when playing with a rest advantage.

Over/Under

Slight “LEAN” to the UNDER 209.5 (-112) because a boatload of money has been dumped on the Over, according to both Pregame.com and the Yahoo! Sports app. However, both of these teams rank 23rd or lower in pace and the Under has cashed in eight of the past 11 Pacers-Heat meetings.

Indiana Pacers at Milwaukee Bucks odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Wednesday’s Indiana Pacers at Milwaukee Bucks odds and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Indiana Pacers (12-17) head to the Cream City Wednesday for an 8 p.m. meeting with the Milwaukee Bucks (18-11) at Fiserv Forum. Below, we look at the Pacers vs. Bucks odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions, and bets.

Indiana had its three-game winning streak snapped Monday in a 102-100 home loss to the Golden State Warriors, but they covered as 4-point underdogs.

The Pacers are 3-3 straight-up (SU), 3-2-1 ATS and 4-2 O/U with the sixth-best efficiency differential over the past two weeks, according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CTG).

Milwaukee got worked in a 117-103 loss at the Boston Celtics Monday, stopping a two-game winning streak. Also, Giannis Antetokounmpo was added to the NBA’s COVID list and will be sidelined for at least this game.

In the last 14 days, the Bucks are 5-3 SU, 2-6 ATS and 4-4 O/U with the 12th-ranked efficiency differential per CTG.

The Bucks have beaten the Pacers in nine of the last 10 meetings (8-2 ATS) including six straight and both meetings so far this season. Giannis has scored 28.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game in the two Pacers-Bucks games this season.

Pacers at Bucks odds, spread and lines

Odds provided by Tipico Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 2:15 p.m. ET.

  • Money line: Pacers -135 (bet $135 to win $100) | Bucks +110 (bet $100 to win $110)
  • Against the spread (ATS): Pacers -2.5 (-107) | Bucks +2.5 (-115)
  • Over/Under (O/U): 217.5 (O: -110 | U: -110)

  • SG Justin Holiday (health and safety protocols) out

Bucks

  • PF Giannis Antetokounmpo (health and safety protocols) out
  • SF Khris Middleton (knee) questionable

Pacers at Bucks odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Pacers 109, Bucks 104

Money line

“LEAN” to the PACERS (-135) because, as it stands right now, the Bucks (+110) are going to be without three, perhaps four starters if Middleton cannot suit up.

Furthermore, Indiana is better than its record indicates and has a higher efficiency differential so far this month. The Pacers’ minus-5.0 win differential is the highest in the NBA (CTG), which essentially means Indiana should have five more wins.

That said, I only “LEAN” to the PACERS (-135) because if Middleton can play, then Milwaukee is still talented enough to get past Indiana. The Bucks have been home underdogs only four times over the past three years. Also, the Pacers are just 3-10 SU on the road this season.

Against the spread

PASS since I only “lean” to Indiana outright and don’t like that wager enough to lay it with the Pacers -2.5 (-107). For what it’s worth, Indiana is 15-13-1 ATS, and Milwaukee is 12-17 ATS this season.

Over/Under

“LEAN” to the UNDER 217.5 (-110) because Milwaukee slows down the tempo when Giannis isn’t on the floor, and the Pacers rank 23rd in pace of play. Plus the Under has cashed in nine of Indiana’s last 10 road games.

However, I cannot fully endorse an Under wager in this spot because I do think the ball will move better with Giannis out of the lineup. Even backups in the NBA can knock down open threes if the ball is moving well.

Golden State Warriors at Indiana Pacers odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Monday’s Golden State Warriors at Indiana Pacers odds and lines, with NBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Golden State Warriors (21-5) cruise over to Gainbridge Fieldhouse Monday for a 7 p.m. ET game against the Indiana Pacers (12-16). Below, we look at the Warriors vs. Pacers odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions, and bets.

Golden State has split its last six games 3-3 overall (2-4 ATS) with the latest being a 102-93 loss at the Philadelphia 76ers Saturday. The Warriors are 17-8-1 ATS and 7-18-1 O/U on the season with the second-best non-garbage time efficiency differential according to CleaningTheGlass.com (CtG).

Indiana has three straight wins over the Washington Wizards, New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks entering Monday (2-0-1 ATS). The Pacers are 14-13-1 ATS and 13-15 O/U with the ninth-best non-garbage time efficiency differential (CtG).

These two sides both won and covered one game against each other last season and the Under was 2-0 in those games.

Warriors at Pacers odds, spread and lines

Odds provided by Tipico Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 12:30 p.m. ET.

  • Money line: Warriors -165 (bet $165 to win $100) | Pacers +133 (bet $100 to win $133)
  • Against the spread (ATS): Warriors -3.5 (-112) | Pacers +3.5 (-108)
  • Over/Under (O/U): 214.5 (O: -107 | U: -115)

Warriors at Pacers key injuries

Warriors

  • SF Andre Iguodala (rest) out

Pacers

  • SF Justin Holiday (health and safety protocols) questionable

Warriors at Pacers odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Warriors 107, Pacers 104

Money line

PASS because I’m not confident enough in Indiana getting points to sprinkle on the Pacers (+133). I’d need Indiana’s money line to be priced around +190 to take a shot at it.

Against the spread

“LEAN” to the PACERS +3.5 (-108) because this line feels suspiciously low considering the difference between these two teams’ records. However, the oddsmakers understand that Indiana is better than its record indicates.

The Pacers’ minus-4.6 win differential is the worst in the NBA and Indiana’s in the top-10 of net efficiency despite its losing record. The Pacers are also 10-5 ATS against teams with a winning record and have been playing better recently.

Indiana is plus-6.6 points per 100 possessions over the last two weeks (ranked sixth) while Golden State is plus-3.8 points per 100 possessions (ranked 10th), per CtG.

This Pacers roster is familiar with and has played well against these Warriors. Indiana beat Golden State last season and the Pacers’ loss in the other game ended in a four-point final scoring margin, and both Steph Curry and Draymond Green played in Indiana’s victory against Golden State last season.

Over/Under

BET the UNDER 214.5 (-115) because the Warriors are 2-8 O/U on the road, the Pacers are 2-9 O/U with a minus-16.6 margin on the total as an underdog and the Under has cashed in three of the past four Warriors-Pacers meetings.

In addition, the Warriors have struggled offensively recently: Golden State is 24th in points per 100 possessions scored in competitive times over the past two weeks.

For what it’s worth, the UNDER 214.5 (-115) is my favorite wager in the Warriors-Pacers meeting.
