Weston Port plays both basketball and football. Port is a member of the class of 2025. Could he be the next talented linebacker recruit to commit to the University of Georgia?

Port plans to visit Athens on April 6. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound linebacker is the No. 62 recruit in the class of 2025. He’s considered the No. 8 linebacker and No. 10 player in California, per 247Sports.

The four-star linebacker is versatile. Port can play in space and on the edge.

The San Juan Hills star has excellent closing speed. He is an effective and productive pass rusher as well.

He plans to visit UCLA, Oklahoma, BYU, Georgia, Auburn, Miami and Tennessee this spring.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to elite class of 2025 defensive line recruit Jourdin Crawford.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to unranked class of 2025 defensive line recruit Jourdin Crawford.

The talented sophomore defensive lineman plays high school football for Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama. Crawford has more than 20 scholarship offers. Recent offers include Texas A&M, Florida State, Kentucky and Florida.

The Parker standout recently visited South Carolina and Auburn. The 6-foot-1, 280-pound defensive lineman has excellent strength.

Crawford also plays basketball. He finished the 2022 high school football season with 60 tackles, nine sacks and three rushing touchdowns.

Fans should expect Crawford to be ranked soon. He shows excellent power and looks explosive in his highlights.

Kirby Smart and Georgia football have four commitments in the class of 2025. The Bulldogs already have a commitment from defensive lineman Justus Terry.

Sub 55 seconds at 268 pounds?!

Five-star 2024 defensive lineman Eddrick Houston is one of the most coveted recruits in the country.

Houston, out of Buford High School in Buford, Ga., is rated as the No. 2 defensive lineman, the No. 3 player in the state and the No. 9 player overall, according to 247Sports Composite.

Rusty Mansell of 247Sports reported on Tuesday that Houston clocked a sub 55 second 400 meter dash in Buford High School’s time trials ahead of the track & field season.

The average 400 meter dash time for a Division 1 athlete is 47.5 – 51 seconds. Houston posting a sub 55 second time at 268 pounds as a junior in high school is absurd.

Georgia is among Houston’s top 10 schools, according to an announcement on Nov. 8.

Oregon, Texas, Alabama, Michigan State, Clemson, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Tennessee and LSU are also in the mix.

A commitment from Eddrick would add to the Bulldogs’ already star-studded No. 1 ranked 2024 class.

4-star edge rusher Booker Pickett Jr., who has incredible highlights, has named his top nine schools including UGA.

Elite class of 2024 edge rusher Booker Pickett Jr. has named his top schools. Pickett Jr., who is ranked as a four-star recruit. Pickett, plays high school football for Wharton High School in Tampa, Florida.

The junior defensive end is the No. 52 player in the class of 2024 and the No. 6 edge rusher. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound Wharton star is still adding to his frame. Pickett Jr. is the No. 11 player in Florida.

Booker Pickett Jr.’s top schools are Georgia, Miami, South Carolina, Ohio State, FSU, Penn State, Louisville, Tennessee, and USC.

Kirby Smart and Georgia have the top-ranked class of 2024 with 10 commitments. However, Georgia is still seeking a commitment from a defensive lineman or edge rusher.

The Wharton defensive end constantly works his way into the opposing backfield. Pickett Jr. has a great speed rush and a nifty spin move. The four-star is lightning quick of the snap and is a quarterback-sacking machine. Pickett Jr. is insanely productive at the high school level and practically lives in the opposing backfield.

Pickett Jr. is still developing as a run defender and will need to add to his frame in order to compete in the SEC. Fortunately, Pickett Jr. has a couple years to gain weight and strength. He still often beats offensive tackles at the point of attack on rushing plays.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to Daniel ‘DD’ Holmes

The University of Georgia has offered a scholarship to Daniel “DD” Holmes, an elite defensive line recruit in the class of 2024.

Holmes is ranked as a four-star recruit. He plays high school football for Gonzaga High School and is the No. 3 recruit in the Washington D.C. area.

Holmes is the No. 245 recruit in the class of 2024. He is ranked the No. 26 defensive lineman in his class.

The 6-foot-6, 240-pound defensive end also plays basketball for Gonzaga High School. Daniel Holmes has excellent pursuit and effort. He chased down multiple wide receivers on screen passes in his high school tape. Holmes is sturdy against the run and attacks the football.

However, it is uncertain what position Holmes will play in college. He could fit as a 3-4 defensive end or as an outside linebacker in Georgia’s defensive scheme.

Holmes has recent scholarship offers from Florida, Minnesota, Syracuse and Oregon.

The Georgia Bulldogs have extended a scholarship to class of 2024 running back recruit Christian Clark. Clark is an unranked recruit.

The junior running back plays high school football for Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, Arizona. He has recent scholarship offers from Miami, Alabama, UCLA, Washington and Florida State, so he will be ranked soon.

The 6-foot, 195-pound running back’s father attended Marshall. Christian Clark recently visited Oregon and Arizona. Will he stay out west or play college football in another part of the country?

On film, Clark shows good balance and vision. He has the speed to score lengthy touchdown runs and is a very shifty runner. The Mountain Pointe standout also plays safety, but he is primarily considered a running back prospect.

Zech Fort is a hot name on the recruiting trail.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2026 safety recruit Zech Fort.

Fort plays high school football for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound safety is currently unranked due to his age.

The IMG Academy standout was named as a team captain as a freshman, which is a rare accomplishment. IMG Academy is filled with talented players and highly sought after recruits.

The unranked defensive back recruit has recent scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Louisville, Arkansas, Oregon, and LSU.

Fort is a strong tackler with positional versatility. He plays both nickel and safety for IMG Academy. The talented class of 2026 prospect quickly closes in on ball carriers and is a big hitter. It will be fun to see how he develops over the remainder of his high school career.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to Kenwood Academy star Marquise Lightfoot

Four-star pass rusher Marquise Lightfoot has received a scholarship offer from the University of Georgia. Lightfoot, a member of the class of 2024, is a junior at Kenwood Academy High School in Chicago, Illinois.

The elite pass rusher is ranked as the No. 315 player in the class of 2024. Lighfoot is the No. 22 edge rusher and sixth-ranked player in Illinois, per 247Sports.

The 6-foot-5, 215-pound edge rusher also plays some tight end for Kenwood Academy. The four-star edge rusher has recently visited Wisconsin and Michigan.

Lightfoot has received recent scholarship offers from Louisville, Miami, Ohio State, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. The junior made the 6A All-State team in Illinois. Lightfoot recorded nine sacks and 122 total tackles during the 2022 high school football season.

The four-star edge rusher has good pursuit and effort. Lightfoot is fast and has good closing speed. Additionally, he shows excellent awareness and is often quick off the snap.

Four-star wide receiver recruit Mylan Graham is one of the top players in the class of 2024.The talented receiver is the top-ranked recruit in Indiana in the junior class.

Graham plays for New Haven High School in New Haven, Indiana. He’s the No. 32 recruit in the class of 2024, which means he is not far from being a five-star prospect. Graham is the No. 4 receiver in the class of 2024.

The four-star receiver is favored to sign with the Ohio State Buckeyes, per 247Sports. The Buckeyes do an elite job of recruiting wide receiver talent. Graham visited Ohio State this past fall for the Ohio State-Michigan game.

The 6-foot, 170-pound receiver has scholarship offers from Pittsburgh, Miami, Louisville, Purdue, Wisconsin and Illinois among others. The New Haven star has received an invitation to the 2024 Under Armour All-America Game.

According to Mylan Graham’s Twitter account, he caught 57 passes for 1,199 receiving yards and scored 14 touchdowns last season. Graham additionally played defense for New Haven.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2025 quarterback recruit Bryce Underwood.

Underwood, who is a five-star recruit, plays high school football for Belleview High School in Belleview, Michigan. He’s the top-ranked quarterback in the class of 2025 and the No. 3 recruit in the sophomore class. Underwood is also the top recruit in Michigan.

Underwood is a winner. He has won two state championships during his high school career.

The five-star quarterback visited Michigan and Michigan State recently.

Underwood has good arm strength and accuracy. He is mobile and is capable of extending plays to find open receivers. Underwood does not have elite speed, but he can’t be ignored in the run game. The Belleview standout has excellent ball placement and frequently makes the correct read on run-pass-option plays.
