ESPN’s “College GameDay” crew is on-site to see the highly ranked matchup between No. 1 Georgia and No. 11 Kentucky.

Fans bringing personalized signs is a longstanding tradition of GameDay, and regardless of who you cheer for, sometimes you just have to laugh even if it’s taking a jab at your team.

There weren’t any fans on set for College GameDay, so fans shared their signs on Twitter.

ESPN’s College GameDay crew returned to the road for Week 2, and put their set in the middle of Wake Forest’s Truist Field ahead of the Demon Deacons’ home opener against No. 1 Clemson.

No fans were in attendance for GameDay, and no fans will be in the stands on Saturday night to watch the top team in the country. That didn’t stop fans from making College GameDay signs and sharing their efforts on social media. Here are the best signs for an unusual Week 2 in college football.

Another week of college football means another day of hilarious signs at ESPN’s College Football GameDay. ESPN traveled to Waco, Texas for a Big 12 battle: the one-loss Oklahoma Sooners at the undefeated Baylor Bears. The game amounts to a College Football Playoff elimination game.

The other potential playoff elimination game is Georgia at Auburn. The Auburn Tigers are playoff long shots, but if they defeat both Georgia and Alabama, then they’ll have quite a case for making the final four. Additionally, the Tigers have a quality win over potential Pac-12 champion Oregon.

This sign (below) appears to be taking a shot at the Georgia Bulldogs. South Carolina upset Georgia earlier in the season, but one-loss Georgia remains ahead of undefeated Baylor, the Bears’ best non-conference win is over UTSA.
