Four-star class of 2021 defensive end Elijah Jeudy recently named his top five schools. Now he’s ready to commit.
Jeudy plays football for Northeast High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Jeudy put the Georgia Bulldogs in his top five and is announcing his commitment Sunday (April 19) at 4 p.m.
Per the 247Sports Crystal Ball, all six of the votes are in favor of Jeudy committing to Georgia.
At 6-foot-3 and 246 pounds, the edge rusher ranks as the nation’s No. 167 overall prospect and No. 12 weak-side defensive end.
Jeudy also put Texas A&M, Tennessee, Oregon and LSU in his top five. He clearly has no issue leaving Pennsylvania and will likely join the SEC (4/5 of his top schools).
Kirby Smart and Georgia are recruiting across the nation better than ever. The Bulldogs still know how to land key in-state guys, but UGA is expanding its recruiting geography and is picking among the country’s best talent.
Will Jeudy be the next Georgia Bulldog from Philly? D’Andre Swift, who is projected as a first-round pick, and senior defensive back Mark Webb are two of the most recent Dawgs to come from the City of Brotherly Love.
