Three-star recruit Donovan Westmoreland has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs. Westmoreland is a member of the class of 2022 and is a talented outside linebacker.
He’s a junior at Griffin High School in Griffin, Georgia. Griffin High School plays in Class 5A. Westmoreland was named to 2020 All-State football team. The Bulldogs offered him a scholarship back in Sept. 2020.
Georgia has six commitments in the class of 2022, all of which are in in-state recruits. Westmoreland had interest from numerous schools including: South Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland, Louisville, and Georgia Tech.
Westmoreland will look to become the next great linebacker at the University of Georgia. Here’s how Georgia football Twitter reacted to his commitment:
