Bucs reveal uniform combo for Week 10

The red jerseys still aren’t back, y’all.

It’s November, but it still isn’t cold enough outside to bring out the red uniforms, it seems.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to face off against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, and despite making it to November and out of the fall, the team still doesn’t want to wear its red jerseys. The Bucs announced on Thursday that the team will wear red over pewter at home Sunday, meaning that the team has only worn red once in 10 weeks.

The Bucs have worn red over pewter twice before this and are 1-1 in the uniform combo. The team wore it in its first game of the season against the Vikings and picked up a win, but wore it against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football and lost. With this being the third time this uniform will appear, it’s the second-most worn combo the Tampa Bay has worn — the Bucs have worn white over white four times so far this season.

Bucs announce uniform combo for Week 9

The Bucs are wearing what has become their most common uniform combo on Sunday against the Texans.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to wear one of their most-used uniform combos on Sunday against the Houston Texans.

The team announced on Thursday that it’s set to wear its white-on-white combo against the Houston Texans on Sunday. Tampa Bay has yet to wear the same combo twice in a row, so it makes sense that it would don this uniform after wearing white over pewter last Thursday against the Buffalo Bills.

The Bucs have worn this combo three times already in the regular season, donning them against the Chicago Bears, the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons. With this being the fourth in the team’s eighth game, half of the games Tampa Bay has played so far in 2023 will have been in the white-on-white color combo. The Bucs have only worn a red jersey once this year, wearing it on Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Bucs announce uniform combo for Thursday Night Football vs. Bills

The Bucs are going with a combo they’ve won in once before this season for Thursday night’s game.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing out a recent classic against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football.

The team announced on Tuesday that it’s set to wear its white uniform over pewter pants in Orchard Park, New York, against the Bills. The combo is somewhat hallowed in Tampa Bay as of recent, as this combo is the uniform the Bucs wore for the backstretch of their 2020 Super Bowl run on the road.

The Bucs have worn this uniform just once this year, and it was for the first game of the season. Tampa Bay defeated the Minnesota Vikings on the road with this color combo, so perhaps the Bucs are trying some winning superstitions when they go on the road for a tough game against the Bills.

Bucs reveal uniform selection for Week 7

Fans of red over pewter will have to keep waiting.

It’s getting cooler (kinda) in Tampa Bay, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are ready to commit to the red jersey in daytime just yet.

The Bucs announced on Twitter Thursday that the team will once again wear its white-on-white look at home when it goes to play the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. Tampa Bay has only worn white pants so far at home this year, and this exact fit was the uniform it wore when it defeated the Chicago Bears in Raymond James Stadium for its last home win. The Bucs have only worn red once at home this year, and they wore it with white pants in a loss against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tampa Bay is set to play Atlanta at 1 p.m. EST on Sunday.

Bucs reveal uniform combo for Week 4 game in New Orleans

The Bucs have revealed their division rivalry fit for Week 4 against the Saints.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on the road against the New Orleans Saints for Week 4, and they made sure to pick a nice compliment to the Saints’ all-black home uniforms for their own threads.

While the Saints haven’t revealed their uniform combo for Friday, the Bucs are going with the all-white look for their division battle in New Orleans. This will be the second time in the regular season the Bucs have worn the all-white combo and the third overall counting the preseason.

The pick means that Tampa Bay will have only worn white once in the regular season so far, donning it on Monday Night Football against the Eagles in Week 3. The Bucs lost that game 25-11, though, so perhaps caving in to superstition and getting back to the white threads on the road could bode well for the team.

Bucs reveal uniform combo for Week 3 game against Eagles

The Bucs will be back in red for the first time in the regular season.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing out their red jerseys under the lights.

The Bucs announced Wednesday that the team will wear red for the first time this season, planning to don them on Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles over white pants. The Bucs wore white-on-pewter in their first game of the season against the Vikings and white-on-white on Sunday at home against the Bears.

Tampa Bay has historically worn its white jersey as its home jersey due to the Tampa Bay heat, but the opportunity to wear red early in the year usually comes during night games. The Bucs have technically worn this red-on-white once before this year, donning the combo against the Baltimore Ravens in the preseason.

Naturally, as the Bucs are wearing red, it would be safe to assume that the Eagles will be in some variant of their white uniforms in Raymond James Stadium.

The Bucs suit up in their new unis for some photo shoots

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suited up in their new uniforms for picture day.

The 2020 Tampa Bay Buccaneers won’t just have a new quarterback under center when the season rolls around. The Tom Brady-led squad will also be sporting new uniforms after the franchise underwent a redesign this offseason just six years after their last one.

The team opted to go back to a more traditional look and Brady and new tight end Rob Gronkowski already look the part of a Buccaneer. The team recently suited up in their new uniforms for a little photo shoot that was documented on Instagram.

Take a look at some of the screenshots below.

Some more up close photos of Bucs players in their new threads

Take a look at some more photos of the Bucs in their new uniforms.

Training camp is right around the corner, meaning the Tom Brady era in Tampa will officially be underway.

The Buccaneers are going for glory in 2020, hoping to become the first team ever to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium as Raymond James will host Super Bowl LV next year.

For Brady, this season offers him the chance to prove to any doubters that his success in New England wasn’t just because of Bill Belichick’s system. Fortunately, he’ll have his former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski right by his side in a Bucs jersey of his own.

And for the championship duo, they’ll be donning the look of the championship Bucs of yesteryear and won’t have to deal with those alarm clock uniforms the team unveiled back in 2014. Tampa Bay went through a jersey redesign again this offseason, and unveiled the new look shortly after Brady signed.

Here are some new up close pictures of the players in their new threads.

First official photos of Rob Gronkowski in a Bucs uniform

Take a look at tight end Rob Gronkowski donning his new Tampa Bay Buccaneers uniform.

It’s a good week to be a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan (maybe not so much a New England Patriots fan, though).

After unveiling Tom Brady decked out in a Bucs uniform earlier this week, the Buccaneers went ahead and gave us a look at his favorite target of all time, Rob Gronkowski, in his Bucs threads now.

The Hall of Fame bound tight end, who came out of retirement to join Brady in Tampa, looks to be back in football shape if these pictures are any indication. And, like Brady, he looks fantastic in Bucs colors.

Take a look below.

You’ll want to see this old school photo Derrick Brooks posted

Buccaneers Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks took to Twitter recently to post a great photo of himself from back in the day.

I think we could all use a little laughter right now, and while Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski is usually the perfect source of that on social media, today, we are going to let Buccaneers Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks handle it.

The legendary Tampa Bay linebacker, who helped deliver the franchise’s one and only championship back in 2002, took to Twitter the other day to post an old school photo of himself that you need to see to believe.

Take a look.

Many fans were hoping the new uniforms the Bucs unveiled back in April would have a more classic creamsicle design like the one Brooks is wearing. No dice (but I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing).

And, if you youngsters out there need a refresher on how great Brooks was, take a look at the video below.
