Bucs inactives list for Week 10 at Titans

A starting corner for Tampa Bay is out and it looks as if the Bucs will use a different rotational running back against the Titans Sunday.

The Bucs will be without one of their starting cornerbacks on Sunday.

Cornerback Carlton Davis was officially ruled out with the inactives list on Sunday, suffering from a toe injury. He was listed as questionable to play, but he’s not gonna make it — as such, CB Zyon McCollum will take his place. Jamel Dean, who has been in concussion protocol all week, will play. CB Keenan Isaac was elevated from the practice squad to serve as depth today.

Guard Matt Feiler will also be out while still recovering from a knee injury. Interestingly enough, running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn is inactive, meaning that undrafted free agent Sean Tucker could get the nod as the team’s rotational back.

Here is Tampa Bay’s inactives list:

  • #11 QB John Wolford (3QB)
  • #21 RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn
  • #24 CB Carlton Davis III
  • #32 DB Josh Hayes
  • #71 G Matt Feiler
  • #89 TE David Wells

Bucs inactives list for Week 9 at Texans

The Bucs are dealing with two injuries on Sunday, but everyone else appears to be healthy and playing.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face off against the Houston Texans with minimal injuries on Sunday.

Guard Matt Feiler and defensive tackle Logan Hall are injured and thus will not be active against Houston, with guard Aaron Stinnie stepping in again for Feiler and the defensive line rotation moving around Hall. Aside from that, though, pretty much everyone else is healthy, keeping a streak of good injury luck (so far) for the Bucs heading into each week. All other players on the inactives list are healthy scratches, including quarterback John Wolford, who was elevated to the 53-man roster earlier in the week.

Here is Tampa Bay’s inactives list:

  • #11 QB John Wolford (3QB)
  • #44 RB Sean Tucker
  • #58 OLB Markees Watts
  • #71 OL Matt Feiler
  • #89 TE David Wells
  • #90 DL Logan Hall

Bucs inactives list for Week 8 at Bills

DT Vita Vea is inactive and thus will not play against the Buffalo Bills — a huge blow to Tampa Bay’s defense.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were fortunate to have no injured players on their Week 7 inactives list, but playing football on Thursday night doesn’t usually lend to luck like that.

The Bucs have three players out due to injury, with the biggest one being defensive tackle Vita Vea — Vea won’t play due to a groin injury, which is a massive hit to Tampa Bay’s defense. Safety Kaevon Merriweather and guard Matt Feiler are also inactive due to injury, and DT Deadrin Senat and S Richard LeCounte III have both been elevated to the active roster to fill in the holes left by Vea and Merriweather. G Aaron Stinnie will step in for Feiler.

Here is Tampa Bay’s inactives list:

  • #26 S Kaevon Merriweather
  • #44 RB Sean Tucker
  • #50 NT Vita Vea
  • #58 OLB Markees Watts
  • #71 OL Matt Feiler
  • #79 DL Patrick O’Connor
  • #89 TE David Wells

Bucs inactives list for Week 7 vs. Falcons

DT Vita Vea and OLB Anthony Nelson are both set to play on Sunday, leaving the Bucs’ inactives made up only of healthy scratches.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers inactives list for their Week 7 matchup against the Falcons has been released, and it’s another short one with no injured players.

Defensive tackle Vita Vea and outside linebacker Anthony Nelson were both questionable heading into the game, but both of them are active and expected to play versus the Atlanta Falcons. The only players inactive are healthy scratches, which is a great sign for the Bucs against a stout Falcons run defense. The Falcons are also very healthy, though, so it could be an aggressive game on both sides of the ball.

Here is Tampa Bay’s inactives list:

  • CB Derrek Pitts
  • TE David Wells
  • OL Brandon Walton
  • DL Pat O’Connor
  • OLB Markees Watts

Bucs inactives list for Week 6 vs. Lions

With OLB Shaquil Barrett set to play, the Bucs only have one player inactive due to injury on Sunday.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers inactives list has been released and to the sure delight of the team and the fans,  it’s a short one.

Outside linebacker Anthony Nelson is the only inactive player who is sitting out due to injury, having been downgraded to doubtful on the Saturday before the game. OLB Shaq Barrett, who has an illness and was questionable to play, will indeed be playing as he isn’t on the inactive list. This game will mark the first game active for Bucs OLB Markees Watts, who will be needed for depth reasons with the absence of Nelson.

Here’s the full inactives list for Tampa Bay:

  • #38 CB Derrek Pitts Jr.
  • #73 OL Brandon Walton
  • #79 DL Patrick O’Connor
  • #89 TE David Wells
  • #98 OLB Anthony Nelson

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will meet the New York Giants on Monday Night Football from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Tampa Bay has been playing well this season with Tom Brady under center and will enter this game with a 5-2 record overall.  They are on a two-game winning streak after wins against the Packers and the Raiders.  Meanwhile, the Giants have struggled this season but Daniel Jones has come into his own while playing very well this season. Despite their 1-6 record, the Giants have been in every game this year.

Can the Giants keep up with the high powered offense of the Bucs?  Tune in and find out, here is everything you need to know to stream the action tonight!

Prediction: I’m rolling with Tampa Bay in this one.  Both teams are 4-3 ATS this season and the Giants have done well covering large spreads. If the line jumps a bit before kickoff make sure you take a second look but I’ll take the Bucs at anything less than two touchdowns.

Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-12.5)

Buccaneers’ Week 16 inactives

Take a look at the list of inactives for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they head into today’s Week 16 matchup against the Houston Texans.

Here are your inactives today for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they prepare to take on the Houston Texans at home.

The Bucs will be playing on NFL Network, meaning they have a chance to show a national audience that they are the real deal after winning four-straight games. They’ll face the daunting task of trying to extend their winning-streak without their top two receivers in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, both of whom have been sidelined for the remainder of the year with hamstring injuries.

That means Jameis Winston will be working with a bunch of unknowns. Winston is chasing history as he’s looking to become just the eighth quarterback in NFL history to throw for 5,000 yards in a season. The good news for Winston is that statistically, he’s performed well in Week 16 games. The bad news, however, is that the Bucs are 0-4 in those games.

With a win today, Houston will clinch the AFC South and punch their ticket to the postseason. They have more on the line than the Buccaneers, and given Tampa Bay’s depleted offense, the Texans may have the advantage today over the red-hot Bucs.

Buccaneers inactives for Week 12 against the Falcons

Here is a list of inactive players for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers heading into Week 12’s game against the Falcons.

Above is your list of inactive players for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers heading into today’s Week 12 showdown with the Atlanta Falcons.

OLB Carl Nassib returns this week after missing the past two games with a groin injury, and Jason Pierre-Paul, who had been battling a knee injury earlier this week, will also be on the field today.

The Bucs and Falcons are both 3-7, though Atlanta has been playing some of their best football of the season of late. They’ve taken down both the Saints and Panthers in back-to-back weeks, outscoring them 55-12, while the defense for the Falcons tallied 11.0 sacks and four interceptions in that span.

Tampa Bay is coming off a home loss to New Orleans last week and are hoping to prevent another defeat, which would inch them closer to another losing record.
