WATCH: Wisconsin football’s EA Sports College Football 25 entrance revealed

Wisconsin football’s entrance in the upcoming EA Sports College Football 25 has been released in a recent post on X.

The clip coincides with Sunday’s image of Wisconsin’s menu screen and Saturday’s footage of Wisconsin running back Chez Mellusi scoring a 70-yard touchdown against Iowa in a gameplay preview.

The 30-second video opens with Bucky Badger flexing its muscles and hyping-up the crowd, then transfers to a segment featuring Wisconsin players slapping the “the road to championships begins here” emblem on their way toward Camp Randall’s gridiron.

The clip then pans to excited student section spectators before the platoon, surrounded by the student band and cheerleaders, runs onto the field to a raucous home crowd.

Just as it would during a regular home game, “On, Wisconsin!” can be heard from the band as Luke Fickell’s team sprints out the tunnel and onto the turf.

EA Sports College Football 25 will become available to the public on July 19. With multiple teaser trailers and clips appearing on social media platforms as early as May, it’s safe to say Badger fans are more than excited to play as UW online this summer.

Getting to know the Big Ten mascots: Who are these guys?

The Duck is about to make some new friends as Oregon leaves the Pac-12 to join the Big Ten next season.

No matter what conference Oregon finds itself in, we know The Duck is the best mascot around and there can’t be much of a debate there. But as the Ducks do move to the Big Ten, The Duck is going to be going to a brand new school, so to speak, surrounded by strangers he can only hope to be his friend someday as he gets used to his new surroundings.

The Duck will need to bid farewell to Ralphie in Colorado and Butch the Cougar up in the Palouse, as well as Wilbur and Wilma Wildcat in Arizona. We still don’t know where Benny Beaver will end up, but he’ll still be around during rivalry games.

As far as Oregon goes, though, the Big Ten will bring on new faces and new places to see. These are the new mascots The Duck and Harry the Husky will have to become acquainted with next season.

WATCH: Bucky Badger wipes out on jet ski in Lake Mendota

Watch Wisconsin mascot, Bucky Badger, wipe out on jet ski in Lake Mendota:

It looks like Badgers’ fans have not been the only ones trying to beat the heat over the last few weeks, as Wisconsin mascot Bucky Badger made his out on Lake Mendota on Thursday afternoon.

Unfortunately, as the video from Badger Barstool shows, Bucky didn’t make it too long on his jet ski excursion before the Wisconsin mascot rolled the watercraft into Lake Mendota. Bucky didn’t seem to be in any danger since he was going at low speeds with a driver, but it was a funny clip to see nonetheless.

Hopefully, Wisconsin fans can help give the Badgers’ mascot a dryer experience next time he is out on the lakes surrounding Madison, Wis.

Getting help ranking the Big Ten mascots

I went to the only person who could help with something like this!

I’ve never really cared about mascots. I was always more interested in what was taking place on the field than the guy in a knockoff Disney World costume telling me to get fired up for the defense or doing pushups after every score. I’m trying to watch a football game. Could you please stop trying to distract me? I don’t want to have to focus on two things at once, so I simply never paid attention as a result.

So when I decided to rank the Big Ten mascots, I knew I needed help. There’s only one person I could turn to, and that person… is my wife. She’s never seen or heard of most of the mascots, so these rankings are her initial impressions. One thing is clear, college football fans place a lot of emphasis on tradition when it comes to our mascots because, without that knowledge or understanding of that tradition, we get a very different list.

Buckle up Big Ten fans. Things are about to get interesting.
