Bulls: PF Cristiano Felicio (wrist) will be sidelined until early January, while SF Otto Porter Jr. (foot) is out indefinitely.

Bucks: SG Kyle Korver (head) is considered questionable for Thursday’s game, while SF Khris Middleton (thigh) will be out until early December.

Moneyline (ML)

PASS. The Bucks (-770) are overwhelming favorites for this one, and while they’re expected to win, it will be interesting to see how they adjust to life without Middleton for a few weeks. The Bulls (+525) look to spring the upset, but they still have to contend with defending MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, and that’s no easy feat.

Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

I am ‘bullish’ on the visiting BULLS (+12.5, –125), who are 4-1 ATS in their past five trips to Cream City. The road team is also 10-1 ATS in the past 11 meetings in this series, a trend also pointing to Chicago.

The Bulls are just 2-5 ATS in the past seven on the road, and they’re 1-8 ATS in the past nine Central Division battles. The Bucks are 3-9 ATS in the past 12 when allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. And, remember the Middleton factor.

Over/under (O/U)

The UNDER 232.5 (-115) is worth a look, going 4-1 in Chicago’s past five road outings, and seven of their past 10 Central Division battles. The under is 7-0 in Milwaukee’s past seven when working on three or more days of rest, too.

The Sixers are coming off an all-too-close 98-97 home win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. They improved to 4-0 at home with the victory but they now hit the road at 3-3. They’ve won two games in a row after previously beating the Charlotte Hornets 114-106. Philadelphia outscores the opposition by an average of 109.7-105.3 points per game.

The Magic are stuck in 13th in the Eastern Conference following last year’s surprising playoff berth. They’re 0-4 on the road but a respectable 3-3 on home court; however, they dropped a 109-102 decision to the Indiana Pacers at home Sunday. They’ve played tight games but have been outscored by an average of 99.3-98.1.

Philadelphia may be the tired team on the second half of a back-to-back with travel, but it’s also the far deeper team. Star PF Al Horford rested Tuesday, ensuring he’ll be ready to go Wednesday night with Embiid out of the lineup. Take plus money with the 76ers at +110 for the outright win.

Golden State allows 121.2 points per game and can barely muster 110 points for per night. Even with PF Anthony Davis out, Golden State winning in Los Angeles is tough to see.

The loss of Davis for Los Angeles combined with the back end of a back-to-back makes the Warriors a reasonable pick with the points.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 219.5 (-115) is where we lean Wednesday. LeBron James and Co. may give up a few more points than usual on the back end of a back-to-back and Golden State’s porous defense should keep those points coming.

Sacramento yields a bit over 111 points a contest, while Portland gives up 114.6 points per game. Since those two numbers add up just about to 225.5, it makes us hesitant, so bet lightly on the under tonight.

Let’s take the OVER 217.5 (-125). Yes, Utah can clamp down on defense but Brooklyn’s defense is bad enough to push totals up.

Can Cleveland cover as the underdog seems to be the question? It is unlikely the Cavaliers win outright with a +500 line. This is not impossible, but it would take a poor shooting performance by Philadelphia.

The Bulls are just 1-3 at home while the Knicks are 1-5 on the road. New York’s minus-10.1 average point differential is the worst in the NBA as it’s outscored 109.3-99.2 on average. The Bulls are minus-4.6 (110.0-105.4). Both teams come into Tuesday having lost their last game. The Knicks took a 108-87 loss at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday. The Bulls lost 117-94 at home to the Houston Rockets.

In a coin flip game between two bad teams such as this, it’s never a bad idea to chase the value. Back the KNICKS at +190 and make a profit of $19 on a $10 bet should New York come away with the outright road win.

Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

There’s still value on the KNICKS on the spread of +6.5 with -121 odds. The same $10 wager fetches an $8.26 return if they stay within six points in a loss or win outright. The Bulls’ three wins all came by margins of at least six points, but they’re just 4-6 overall against the spread and 2-2 at home. The Knicks are 5-5 ATS and 4-2 on the road.

Moneyline (ML)

The +125 line for the visiting TIMBERWOLVES is quite inviting. Even with the Pistons’ anticipated return of PF Blake Griffin, there expects to be a decent amount of rust.

Can Detroit keep up with Minnesota? The Pistons have shown tendencies of having a tough time piling up points. Griffin will help but maybe not right away.

New to sports betting? A $10 bet on the Timberwolves to win outright returns a profit of $12.50. Detroit has too much uncertainty and is a -150 favorite which seems a bit high.

Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The moneyline is a better play but a TIMBERWOLVES (+3.5, -106) pick is not a terrible choice. A Minnesota cover here (lose by three or fewer points or win outright) returns a profit of $9.43 on the same $10 wager.

Minnesota is 3-2 against the spread on the road with a higher point cover projection (plus-2.2 points per game). Detroit is 3-2 ATS at home but there’s just too much uncertainty with Griffin returning to the lineup.

Over/Under (O/U)

Let’s take the OVER 219.5 (+105). There is a tendency to acknowledge offense comes first over defense when players return. The two teams combine for around 224 points per game.
