Stephen Curry chimes in on viral Splash Brothers impression video

Stephen Curry got a laugh out of a recent viral impression video of the Splash Brothers.

With no live games on the calendar until further notice, parody basketball videos might be the next best thing for hoops fans.

On Thursday, parody hoopers Brandon Armstrong and Maxim Peranidze linked up for an impersonation video for Golden State’s Splash Brothers. The duo, better known by their social media handles @BdotAdot and @Maxisnicee, incorporated all the subtleties from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson’s game.

Running off screens, mouthpieces, extended follow-throughs, signature no-look 3-pointers and even a splash were included in the video. Draymond Green’s flex celebration also made an appearance.

The viral impression caught the attention of the two-time Most Valuable Player himself. Curry took to social media to give the video credit.

With Thompson ruled out for the entire 2019-20 season, and Curry only playing in five games, the six-time All-Star isn’t far off with his comparison. When the NBA season returns, Curry will have 17 games remaining on the calendar before the official offseason hits.
