During his Tuesday press conference. Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin offered an injury update. There wasn’t much of any importance to include other than Tomlin did note quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is now dealing with a hip injury.

Roethlisberger went into Sunday’s game with the Green Bay Packers dealing with a pec injury as well. That didn’t seem to be a huge problem for Big Ben despite having a pretty miserable performance. Honestly, the way Roethlisberger was sailing throws favoring his hip might have figured into his problems.

Tomlin said the team will continue to monitor offensive tackle Zach Banner. Banner returned to practice last week but remains on IR. Tomlin also noted offensive tackle Chuks Okorafor and wide receiver Chase Claypool should have the opportunity to return this week after missing Sunday’s game.
