Sixers player grades: Joel Embiid leads the way in win over Celtics

Joel Embiid led the way as the Philadelphia 76ers knocked off the Boston Celtics to snap a 3-game losing skid.

The Philadelphia 76ers entered TD Garden on Monday for a matchup with the Boston Celtics while being very shorthanded. The Sixers entered this one missing Tyrese Maxey, Andre Drummond, Shake Milton, Furkan Korkmaz, and Georges Niang who all play a key role for this team off the bench.

Despite all of the losses, somehow, some way, the Sixers were able to come away with a 108-103 win over the Celtics on the road in order to snap a 3-game losing skid. Joel Embiid had himself a big game with 41 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists to lead Philadelphia while Seth Curry also added 26 points and seven assists.

Tobias Harris also had a big game with 25 points and seven rebounds while Matisse Thybulle had seven points in a start before fouling out. Danny Green had eight points and he made a clutch triple late.
