The Cleveland Browns put on pads for the first time on Friday and then on Saturday they began contact and hitting as they continue to ramp up. The Browns will play the Jets this coming Thursday for the Hall of Fame game as the return of football is nearly here.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson continued to have a strong training camp spreading the ball around and making throws on every level of the defense. He wasn’t perfect as cornerback Denzel Ward had a great one-on-one rep against Elijah Moore in the red zone even though Moore ended up stealing the ball from Ward.
