5. Feleipe Franks, Arkansas.

Franks and the Razorbacks have put together a mutually beneficial season, as Franks has completed over 68% of his passes for 2,107 yards with 17 touchdowns and four interceptions in  a senior season he’ll cap off in the Texas Bowl.
