If you’ve been active on Twitter this moth you have likely seen a number of Georgia players and commits putting in work trying to recruit some of the top available talent to UGA in the class of 2021.
A key focus for them has been 4-star defensive end Dallas Turner. out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Turner is the No. 2 weak-side defensive end recruit in the 2021 class, standing at 6-foot-4, 235 pounds. According to the 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions, Turner is expected to sign with the Dawgs, having four Crystal Balls for UGA and one for Alabama. He ranks as the nation’s No. 33 overall player.
The other day, we saw 5-star QB commit Brock Vandagriff and 4-star RB commit Lovasea Carroll tweet at Turner, saying “we gotta have him.”
And then we saw 4-star defensive back commit David Daniel do the same.
And then it was Azeez Ojulari’s turn. Ojulari will be a redshirt sophomore next season, and he is coming off of a breakout year in which he had 5.5 sacks and 34 quarterback pressures.
“Come join the pack,” he tweeted at Turner.

Joining in on the fun though was Georgia greats Lorenzo Carter and Roquan Smith, who also tweeted at Turner trying to recruit him to UGA.
As you may remember, Carter was an original member of the Wolfpack that Ojulari was referring to.
