Free agent guard Javon Freeman-Liberty will reportedly sign a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Freeman-Liberty, who went undrafted out of DePaul last year, spent the season with the Chicago Bulls on a two-way contract. He averaged 18.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals in 17 games with the Windy City Bulls in the G League.
He did not appear in a game with Chicago.
The 23-year-old was named to the all-summer league second team this month after averaging 21.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.4 assists and one block in five games with the Bulls. He finished third in points (106) among all players in Las Vegas.

He will split his time next season between Toronto and the Raptors 905 in the G League. He is eligible to spend no more than 50 games in the NBA and will earn a flat salary equal to 50% of the minimum salary applicable to a player with zero years of service.
