Though Georgia lost its leading rusher, D’Andre Swift, to the NFL this offseason, the Dawgs are expected to be in good shape at ball carrier in 2020 thanks to the returning and incoming talent.
Georgia is RBU and has no plans on slowing down anytime soon.
Per a report from Matt DeBary of DawgPost, Georgia is setting itself up to land another top running back, this time in the class of 2021.
4-star 2021 RB Lovasea Carroll (6’0″ 190 lbs) told DeBary that he plans to visit Georgia this week during his spring break, which begins Friday, March 13th.
Carroll is a Georgia boy. He plays for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida but originally hails from Warrenton, Georgia. Carroll ranks as the nation’s No. 117 overall player and 7th ranked running back in his class.
Carroll, once a South Carolina commit, originally visited Georgia in November for the Texas A&M game, where Georgia catapulted up his rankings to No. 1, per DeBary.
In January, Carroll released a top-five that included Georgia.
