Offensive line: C-
The Bills offensive line improved from last season, but against Houston they made mistakes that help cost Buffalo their playoff victory since 1995. In terms of protecting Allen, they gave him time to throw in the first half, which saw Buffalo generate most of their points. Cody Ford especially looked good against J.J. Watt in one-on-one situations.
In the second half the offensive line started to show cracks, and in the fourth quarter they completely collapsed. The likes of Dion Dawkins and Quinton Spain were outmatched, forcing Josh Allen to either leave the pocket or take a sack.
They also had the teams first three penalties, and a drive crushing blindside block in overtime. The questionable call went against Cody Ford that pushed the Bills out of field goal range. Questionable, but it still happened.
Big sack.
