The defensive line never dominated the game for Buffalo, which led to running back Nick Chubb gaining 116 yards though the ground. They did however dominate the line of scrimmage when pushed back to their own one-yard line.

In the first quarter, the Browns had eight attempts from the one-yard line to score, but the defense made a sensational stand. Which resulted in the Browns turning the ball over on downs. The Bills did give the Browns that many chances due to penalties taken, but to the Bills’ credit, they stood tall.

After getting torched in the run game three games in the row, the Bills wanted to see this situation cleaned up and even added Corey Liuget to help do so. He had his moments, but overall as a team, the Bills failed to improve much.
