Frank Gore had just five carries against the Browns, where he averaged a pathetic 2.4 yards per carry. Gore was never a factor in the game, and seems to be getting fazed out of the offense due to the rise of rookie Devin Singletary.

Singletary had a better game than Gore, but only had eight carries and three catches. Singletary had 42 yards on his attempts, a solid 5.2 yards per carry. Singletary showed off his ability to make defenders miss in hole, a trait he’s utilizing more and more throughout the season.

Singletary had a sensational game against Washington, where he had 20 carries. On Sunday though, he wasn’t used to his full potential, and the Bills offense suffered. But that doesn’t fall on Singletary, that’s the play-calling of Buffalo offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.
