In four starts, Jones threw for 1,172 yards and 13 touchdowns while only throwing two interceptions and taking only one sack. The team also went 3-1 during that time with the only loss coming on the road to a top 15 Auburn team.
Yes, the two pick-sixes stand out among Alabama fans, but when you look at the body of work as a whole, it’s easy to see how Jones could thrive as the starter under Steve Sarkisian.
