It was tough to find a place for Tennessee’s Jarrett Guarantano. He’s shown flashes of being a really good SEC quarterback, but when he’s bad, he’s atrocious.

There’s also the fact that the Volunteers brought in four-star quarterback Harrison Bailey, who many believe could win the starting job despite being a true freshman.
