We’re still catching our breath after what was an instant classic for the Ohio State football team in South Bend. The Buckeyes jumped out to a 10-0 lead before seeing it evaporate late in the fourth quarter after Notre Dame scored 14 unanswered points to take a 14-10 lead.
Undaunted, Ohio State and quarterback Kyle McCord embarked on a magical two-minute offense that included some clutch throws and a one-yard touchdown plunge with one second left to wrestle victory from defeat, 17-14. There wasn’t a ton of offense in the game because of the effort of the two defenses, but the images and sounds from the game were still next-level.
