Ohio State predicted to land 2025 five-star corner

It’s looking good for Ohio State on this one, but a long way to go. #GoBucks

Ohio State’s cornerback recruiting has been very strong in recent months; it landed three corners in the 2024 class over the summer.

This includes Aaron Scott who attends Springfield High School in Ohio and was the latest to commit. He is a four-star recruit, the 43rd-ranked player overall and fourth-ranked corner on the 247 composite.

Bryce West is also an Ohio native who attends Glenville High School and committed to Ohio State in June. He is a four-star ranked 50th nationally overall and fifth among corners.

Miles Lockhart also committed to the Buckeyes this summer. The four-star recruit out of Arizona is ranked as 27th among corners in the 2024 class.

With the 2024 cornerback class set in stone, the Buckeyes’ recruiting focus is shifting toward 2025. Dorian Brew is an obvious high-priority target for Ohio State. The five-star recruit is the top ranked player in Ohio and 27th overall nationally.

The Buckeyes appear in the lead to land the Ohio native as On3’s recruiting insider Mike Singer predicted he would go to Ohio State.

Landing Brew would be massive for the Buckeyes’ 2025 class and it appears they are off to a good start to his recruitment.
