Ohio State football Spring Game date and time announced

The annual LiFEsports Spring Game for the Ohio State football program has been announced. #GoBucks

Despite the Ohio State football season just ending less than three weeks ago in a heartbreaking loss to Georgia, things turn quickly. And on that note, on Thursday, the OSU program released the date and time of the annual Spring Game.

According to a release from the Ohio State Department of Athletics, the LiFEsports Spring Game, Presented by Union Home Mortgage, will take place on Saturday, April 15. Game time will be at Noon ET inside Ohio Stadium.

Just a couple of notes about the annual event in addition to getting a look at the quarterback battle between Kyle McCord and Devin Brown for the first real time of live action:

  • Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. ET on February 10 at http://go.osu.edu/fbtix. Parking is free and general admission tickets will be $7.There will also be a limited number of reserved seating options available at $15 and $30. Service charges may apply.
  • The Ohio State 4 Miler, presented by the Ohio Beef Council, Raising Cane’s, and Union Home Mortgage, returns to Ohio Stadium as a springtime event. The run/walk celebration of football and fitness will be held on Sunday, April 16. According to the release, “registrants for the 4 Miler will receive a ticket to the spring game in addition to a Nike race shirt and an official finisher’s medal. More information, including details on the Diamond Cellar VIP Experience, is available at www.ohiostatefourmiler.com/registration/april-2023/.” The race will finish on the 50-yard line.
