No. 12 Tennessee defeated Carson-Newman, 105-72, Monday in Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center.
The contest was an exhibition game.
The Lady Vols led, 59-34, at halftime.
Tennessee had six players score 10-plus points in its first exhibition game of of the 2023-24 preseason.
Rickea Jackson totaled 17 points, while Sara Puckett and Kaiya Wynn recorded 12 points each. Destinee Wells and Jasmine Powell scored 11 points, while Jillian Hollingshead finished with 10.
Hollingshead and and Puckett totaled eight rebounds, while Wells recorded six assists for the Lady Vols.
Tennessee will host the United States National Team Sunday.
