Michigan State is reportedly one of many big-time programs in contact with four-star shooting guard Jaden Schutt of Yorkville, Ill.

According to Endless Motor Sports, Schutt — who is listed at 6-foot-5 and 175 pounds — has been hearing from a number of power programs, including Michigan State, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Oregon, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, Drake and Dayton.

Michigan State offered Schutt back in June of 2020 and is clearly one of the top priorities for the Spartans in the class of 2022.

The Spartans currently only have one commit in the 2022 class — highly-touted small forward Emoni Bates. With just Bates, Michigan State already has the No. 3 overall class in the country so adding a sharp-shooter like Schutt would be just another great addition to the class.
