Texas running back Bijan Robinson is one of the most intriguing players in the 2023 NFL draft class.
Robinson has received extremely high praise over the last few months. ESPN’s Matt Miller tabs the former Longhorn as his No. 5 overall player and called him the total package.
Miller’s ESPN colleague Todd McShay even compared Robinson to a former No. 2 overall pick.
Bijan Robinson, to me, is the next Saquon Barkley. He can do everything you want in terms of forced missed tackles, catch the ball out of the backfield, pass protection.
In Mel Kiper’s latest NFL mock draft for ESPN, the Baltimore Ravens land Robinson with the No. 22 overall pick. Baltimore running backs J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards are both entering the final year of their respective contracts, providing Robinson the opportunity to become the starter over the next two seasons.
